I contacted Soundware on the suggestion of a colleague. I had a MiniMoog vintage synth that had languished for too long in a garage and needed some TLC and I wanted a delay/reverb unit to use with it. Right from the first contact I sensed that here were people who were both eager to help and who knew what they were talking about.
Their engineer was able to sort out the Moog for a very reasonable charge and I had very good advice on the delay unit. Everything went efficiently and my dealings with them inspired complete confidence. This shop isn't interested in just selling you gear, it wants to enable you make and create the type of music you want. And all this with a really friendly attitude and a sense of humour too! This is how it should be.

Can't fault the service, prices or delivery - as long as Soundware go on giving their customers all they could wish for, they can be assured of a bright future. Five stars are not enough - I'd give them ten!

I bought online as this company had the item I needed in stock and I wanted it quickly. My item was dispatched quickly and I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process.

I particularly liked the fact that they were able to give a time-slot for delivery as, well, with the option to change this if need be.

Unfortunately we had to return the speakers as they were not compatable. There was no problem about doing this. We will be using Soundware in future.,

I have been shopping at soundware for the past couple of years now, I would say almost 100% of my tech has come from this shop, the staff are really nice and helpful they aren't pushy they will give you good advice and make sure your purchase is the right one for you, which you don't get with other places. My only complaint of the store is that it isn't big enough!!

I was completely confused as to what microphone I needed. There were plenty to choose from on the web but which one, so I rang the man from sound ware and he knew straight away what was required.It's brilliant,I would not hesitate to shop with them again in the future.
