Ordered a soundcard. It was the same price as most other suppliers, but it was dispatched quickly and delivered in the (one hour) timeslot given to me by email. No problems at all.

disappointed due to purchasing lights for a school disco in plenty of time, the site said lights were available, not receiving them by the said date and when i spoke to the shop on the telephone i was told they would not be in for at least another month. No lights at the kids disco! they did eventually arrive when said after a long wait. If i had known i would not have ordered them in the first place. Verbal apology over the phone but im sorry people want more than that now so i will not be using or recommending the company again. given that we purchase PA equipment and i have just personally bought 2 flight cases, a set of active monitors with passive connecting speakers and also a wireless microphone system that is a few quid missed out on.

I wanted to use a company that would do exactly what it says - no hassle. I discovered Soundware to be that company. Straightforward ordering and speedy delivery - every customer's dream.

These guys provide the most amazing service! I placed the order online after 9pm on the Tuesday and received an emai the next day saying the goods had been despatched. I was able to track the delivery and was given a delivery time of 1 50pm on Thursday. The delivery was recorded as 1 49pm! I cannot praise this company enough.

The product I bought was at a good price and it was good quality. However it did not arrive until about 2 or 3 weeks after we ordered it, so there was quite a long delay.

I bought a midi sustain pedal from Soundware. I needed it quickly and it came quickly, and the pedal itself is excellent.

My purchases were delivered within the time-frame promised by Soundware.

What else is there to add, rapid service and good price

My recent purchase of the Alesis Phono Link from Soundware, has allowed me to condense all my vinyl records, and now I carry my entire music collection on one memory stick. Unbelievable that so much space has been released by one simple device, and now all my music, collected over a period of 40 years, is in my pocket!

I was really impressed with the advice and help of the staff at Soundware and their website so decided to by from them rather than my local store on that basis. However, the delivery was painful. Someone stayed in all day to receive the delivery but it never turned up. Apparently, they tried to deliver but no one was in! Next day someone stayed in all day but it never turned up - it was mistakenly left at the warehouse for pick up. 3rd day stayed in all day and I finally got delivery from miserable bloke at 5pm.
But I would use Soundware again definitely.

Ordered some leads from this company that we found difficult to find elsewhere. Good price and they were despatched and delivered quickly. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a mixtrack pro a good few months ago and put it aside as a Christmas present.
Some of the software didnt work when opened. Despite me buying it about 5 months earlier Soundware sorted out the software for me - was a duff code sent from manufacturer nothing to do with Soundware.
The after-sales service is above and beyond. Fantastic customer service.

I would definately recommend Soundware and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a Nord Drum from these guys. Within two hours of ordering i had received a text message to tell me that it had been dispatched and the exact time that it would arrive the next day - 10 am, and it arrived at 10 am. No waiting in all day for a delivery and not knowing if it'll come or not. Great service.
