A great experience on my first order from this company, the item was the best priced that I could find for this item, and communications with the company were excellent with information given as to the delivery date and time with the option to change to suit.
I wish more companies would follow take note and offer a similar service.

I had to buy new equipment from overseas for several shows I was having in the UK. I researched all the other "major" retailers . (GAK, Digital Village, Thomann, etc) and not only Soundware had the best price for the gear I bought but they also had the quickest processing times which for me was absolutely crucial! Otherwise I wouldn't have had my gear on time for the rehearsals and the tour .


I normally wouldn't post a review of any site but this time is worth the exception.

Wanted to get the heck away from Amazon, so discovered this outfit on a search after rejecting a few others. Great price, and when through no fault of Soundware the unit was defective, they helped navigate the problem and then didn't hesitate to arrange a swapover. Brilliant, feels like a close bunch running this outfit. I will use repeatedly in future.
