Anita provides the student with not only the how of sourdough baking but the why of each step. I believe including the reason for each step helps the student retain the information when attempting to recall the steps by memory after practicing the steps with the videos.
It would be helpful to also include a written instruction (even a transcript) of the videos to make it easier on the student to try out the techniques without relying on the visual guide.
I loved the class and look forward to many more weekends / days of baking sourdough for my loved ones.

Lovely and easy to follow. Great, simple and quick videos. My starter is looking great in day 5. Lots of additional tips. Would definitely recommend this starter course. Post purchase support is amazing too. I’ll be looking for her other ones once I’m confident with this part.

I tried to bake my own sourdough bread and followed several different instructions found on Internet. Finally, with Sourdoughmania course I found an easy way to bake it successfully. I was present on Anita's zoom course for sourdough bread. I can only tell that we are "sourdough maniacs" after the course. I do not stop baking recipes from Anita's book and this is our way of life and eating now. Sourdough's bread is incomparable with classic types of bread, it takes time, but it is worth of every second.

From the first time I saw Anita on instagram, I knew that she would be a fabulous teacher. I love how she breaks everything down into simple-to-follow steps, and reminds us to enjoy every part of the process.
I had baked sourdough before, but my starters were always a bit blah. When I followed Anita's advice, I have had a beautiful, bubbly, happy starter. With the foundation of a powerful starter, EVERY loaf I have baked since, has turned out great.
I bought her master class a few weeks ago and have been baking two to four loaves a day as gifts. Friends and family love getting fresh bread!
I am grateful to have found Anita's courses and I have a deep appreciation for her and the love that she puts into helping us create delicious sourdough.
If you are thinking about taking her courses, do it. You and your family and friends will be happy that you did!
