Anita first came into contact with the most natural way to bake bread - the sourdough starter when her belated husband had his gallbladder removed, and couldn't eat yeasted bread anymore. She immediately fell in love with sourdough, and found her mission to spread her passion across the globe so as many people as possible can bake better bread and other fermented treats. Anita has been baking exclusively with sourdough since 2012, in 2016 she became one of the first ambassadors of the Quest for Sourdough Initiative, started posting on Instagram @sourdough_mania where her pictures and videos turned viral by Business Insider, Daily Mail, Unilad, Bored Panda, Martha Stewart.

I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience with Sourdoughmania. The only mistake was me misinterpreting what I was told in an email! It took a little while for your product to arrive but then you are a long way away from me. Your Rudl works a treat.

Easy to use process

Easy to use process. I received my dry starter much quicker than I expected. I can hardly wait to start making my own sourdough bread.

Anita provides a perfect concise sourdough course covering everything you need to know to make great sourdough bread. Everything is explained well to get you on the road to success. Making and maintaining a starter, mixing dough, shaping and baking are all covered in short but precise videos.
I am really enjoying the course experience.

very good

English is not my mother tongue but it is very clear and easy to understand. Accessible at any time so we can do it at our own pace and go back if needed. I can highly recommend it

So far I am very impressed

So far I am very impressed. Was afraid to start this adventure and fail. I keep learning along the way as well keeping busy at home. I'm still reading the cook book cover to cover and am having fun with my starter..I'll keep you posted as I progress!
