Shonda was so patient and kind from the get go. Another lender could not get it done for us, and Shonda immediately went to work. She was easy to talk to, quick to respond, professional, and also comforting in the house buying process. As first time home buyers, Shonda made sure we understood everything and if not, took the time to explain. She also was under stress of trying to get us in the house before our first child came! She got us in it 2 weeks before my due date! I will forever recommend Shonda to anyone who is buying a home. We are so blessed to have found her and her pave the way into our new home.

Shonda Lewis is a true professional! She was able to facilitate my request when my current/ex-lender could not. Her attention to detail and exceptional knowledge made the refinance experience less stressful and easy on me. Shonda cared enough to patiently wait on requested information and documentation while I had to attend to the needs of my special needs son. Refinancing with a personal touch, to include the capability to go above and beyond to ensure my/a customer’s financial requirements are met without stress or a long-winded process. Additionally, she’s connected with the business community. Through Shonda, I was able to expedite the respective repairs of my roof and truck! I’m VERY impressed and will definitely recommend Shonda to anyone with financial needs!!!

As a first time homebuyer and being familiar with the industry, I had a general idea of the steps but found it to be a positive and educational process towards the end of our homebuying journey. Each step of the way, Val and team set reasonable expectations and kept us up to date and ensured we felt like a priority.
