Great Proactive Help
Josh did a great job on my original mortgage and was pro-active in reaching out to me as interest rates fell a couple of years later and helped me redo the mortgage for a better rate. I knew this was a good thing to do but might not have bothered if he had not reached out. So, I really appreciate his initial work for us and the way he stuck with us.

My fiancé and I are extremely grateful…
My fiancé and I are extremely grateful for Susan’s help. We decided to purchase our first home during the pandemic (seemed like a good time, right?) and although we had some financial set backs, Susan and Richard still made sure we were able to purchase the home we loved.
The process has been easy and Susan was patient enough to explain everything in detail since we had no idea what we were doing.
Closing is just a few days away and we are over the moon excited. We can now breathe easy and plan our wedding! Woohoo!

The company sent out a uniformed letter denying my wife and me. The wording on the credit report was false. Never did I had any serious delinquency, our balances on the credit cards were not high, most were paid off the year prior and only had 3 credit cards with a balance left and the payments each month were $2. None of our accounts were delinquent and yes time of delinquents was unknown because there aren't any. That was the only truthful thing in the letter. Oh, wait there was one other, too many inquiries in the past 12 months..... well du.... We are trying to buy a house.
