there was quite a delay between ordering and receiving the kit though I was warned that was the case by them. Not sure why the same company appear to be trading under 2 different names. They phoned to tell me when oone item was out of stock and refunded without question so in a phrase.......not bad

Found Purekit via a Google search for a Rab Ultralight jacket. The website was clear and easy to use, pricing was competitive so I "clicked to add to basket".
Goods arrived earlier than predicted, well packed and all was good - would recommend to anyone looking for outdoor kit or clothing :)

Snow & Rock were offering the same down jacket on sale for £170, so I was very pleased to find it on Purekit for £40 less. Arrived just in time for the freezing weather.

I found the product I wanted on Google and Purekit were the only company with what I wanted in stock. The delivery was really quick and the product well packaged. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered a pair of walking shoes and they were delivered promptly. Unfortunaley they did not fit and I returned the goods and had excellent contact with customer care, receiving phone icalls in response to me enquiry, emails about the returned goods and my account was recredited quickly. I ordered another pair of shoes and though they were currently out of stock received them within the timescales and was informed of when they would be delivered.

Products were also good quality and as advertised. Good website to order goods from.

I bought a North Face jacket for my husband. It wad £40 cheaper than elsewhere with free p&p with immediate dispatch over the Xmas period.
Sadly the jacket wasn't quite right (fussy husband-lol!) but return was easy and for only £2.20 ( it was a heavy winter coat) they have agreed to a full refund (the return would have been free if i was exchanging the item!) which I think is more than fair.
I didn't quite get it right with my choice this time but I would certainly use this shop again.

Ordered some 'The North Face Patrol Gloves' in the wrong size - absolute pleasure dealing with the Customer Service Team and they sent the right ones in quicktime.

Done so over the Christmas period which makes it even more impressive. Fantastic Gloves, would recommend these guys no end.

The jacket I wanted wasn't in stock but I called in directly and spoke to a lovely girl that advised it would be with me before Christmas. It was my husband was delighted with his gift.

With one of the sizes ordered, Purekit were waiting on delivery. They advised this prior to ordering and then worked the delivery to accommodate this. I was kept informed and told a delivery date and that date was correct! Really impressed with their service and will use again. The socks are yet to be worn but knowing Icebreaker clothing, are more than confident they will live up to expectation. Will use Purekit again.

Best price for the item I could find on the internet and very quick delivery a week before Xmas.
