Very easy to order, quick delivery.

I was let down by another company with a Christmas Tree. I ordered a tree from Southwood Christmas Shop and it was delivered the very next day and it was free delivery. Great service at this very busy time of year. I would not hesitate buying again from here.

Very nice lit ornament. However, the item cost £12.99 and I was charged £12.50 for delivery!. This was supposed to be a priority delivery service for my area. They then sent the package via Royal Mail who probably charged less tha £5 since they don’t discriminate against remoter areas. A bit dishonest to charge for one service and use another.

I recently found this website when I was looking for a particular Lemax Christmas Villiage model called Noel, the website displayed not only the model plus others with detailed information relating to the piece. Plus it had been discounted, Great was my reaction so took the plunge and ordered as I wanted to use it for a Christmas display at home. The service was excellent and delivery first class making the whole experience pleasurable. This is a website I will bookmark for a later date, highly recommend.

This was such a quick delivery. I ordered a huge outdoor xmas decoration and it arrived in a few days. It was packaged really well so that it was not damaged in transit. Thank you it looks lovely on the wall

This was my first time ordering from Southwood and I was very impressed from the get go. Firstly, ordering was easy and unproblematic. I found just what I was looking for! Delivery was fast and items came in perfect condition and were packed well given there were glass.

Circumstances currently mean I need to buy everything on line - and Southwood Christmas shop had all I wanted in the way of Xmas decorations at an affordable price. I checked out previous Trustpilot reviews before placing an order - and can confirm that their 5* reviews are well deserved. (I must mention that the large red & green velvet bows are far nicer than expected from the site photo: they are beautiful!). Items were well packed and speedily delivered.
