What a fantastic shop Southwood Christmas shop is. We had a problem with our order which was dealt with immediately. I can't recommend enough. Would definitely buy again.

Early Christmas shopping as I missed on this item last year. It was a good price and delivery was perfect- not left on a doorstep and actually rang the doorbell. The item is lovely and it was good that the company notified me that it was available now. Sad I know preparing for Christmas in July but at least I know this item is here and I know my daughter and her family will love it.

Ordered some Christmas Lemax pieces online and it arrived incredibly fast with completely free delivery. The fragile item was packed perfectly to ensure it arrived safely. Highly recommend ordering from them.

Really quick delivery and amazing items

My parcel was left in an unsecured location and I did not receive it. The seller relied solely on a photograph of the package left unattended as “proof of delivery.” A photo of a parcel sitting somewhere other than my home address does not demonstrate that it was delivered into my possession — only that it was left there.

I am still seeking a full refund. Based on how this has been handled I would not recommend this company. Absolutely disgraceful service!

Note- Southwood Garden Centre as you are refusing to respond to my emails and calls - Royal Mail have advised me that you need to complete the “claim form” this is standard procedure when parcels are lost or stolen! Why are you refusing to complete this standard request for Royal Mail? 

Who Claims: The sender should initiate the claim, as they hold the contract.
Where to Claim: Use the Royal Mail online claims centre for the fastest service, or use a P58 form available at Post Office branches.
Evidence Needed: You must provide proof of posting and evidence of the item's value.

Southwood sent exactly what I wanted and very securely packaged. There was one figurine that I didn’t particularly like and no problem to send back and get refund. Would definitely recommend this company.

Lovely selection of beautiful Christmas baubles and decor. This was my second order - the first being a gorgeous standing Santa. This time I ordered a variety of little glass dogs - and added some notes with the colours/styles that I’d prefer if possible. As requested most of my picks were selected for me -subject to what was available, and each was carefully and thoughtfully wrapped and packed. It’s always a worry with glass decorations - but there was no need - all arrived in perfect condition.
