My purchase was very well priced, and very good quality. When Royal mail messed up the delivery, they responded within the hour and investigated. Matter was resolved eventually, but can't thank them enough for their quick response and help.

Excellent service. I ordered 3 small tinsel Christmas trees (2 green and 1 red) I was contacted as the 2 green trees were out of stock but was offered similar alternatives. Then I was contacted again as the assistant was concerned they did not match and recommended I had 3 green with coloured bobbles instead which I accepted. They arrived quickly and safely by Royal Mail.
