I had never heard of southwood garden centre, I was browsing online looking for a water feature, I came across one I loved on this site and sat on it for a few days wondering if I should order or not, im so glad I decided to place my order for my water fountain,a wind spinner , and 2 pretty butterfly stake lights, they was delivered nicely packaged and delivery was quick , I liked the little card of appreciation from the seller...was so happy with my purchases I am ordering more spinners and some bee stake solar lights , I haven't set up my water feature yet due to weather , but sure it will look beautiful wished I lived near to visit in person that said I will be happy to continue to shop online many thanks southwood you have made my day

I have just discovered Southwood Garden Centre -looking for items I could not find else where.The products I received were excellent as was the packaging .The customer service 'First Class' .I will certainly use Southwood Garden Centre again and thoroughly recommend it.

This was my first visit to Southwood garden centre as I'm not from the area. I love a good garden centre and this place definitely did not disappoint. So many lovely items, I had to definitely restrain my spending as I could gave gone mad. Treat myself to a brew and a cake in the cafe which was naughty but definitely nice. A lovely couple of hours. A big thank you to Elaine and Caroline too for their customer service. Lovely ladies and a real credit to the team. I WILL be back and heaven help me in festive season.

I was looking for the White Floral LED Glitter Water Spinner Lantern, and could not find any in stock anywhere until I went to Southwood Garden Centre online. They promptly shipped with a very quick delivery.

Speedy service all round - they were also on offer online so I bought 2 instead of 1.

Very disappointing experience.

My parcel was left in an unsecured location and I did not receive it. The seller relied solely on a photograph of the package left unattended as “proof of delivery.” A photo of a parcel sitting somewhere does not demonstrate that it was delivered into my possession — only that it was left there.

PayPal closed the case based on that photo, and the seller has refused to take responsibility, directing me back to PayPal. However, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, responsibility for goods remains with the seller until they are delivered into the consumer’s possession. A parcel left in an unsecured location does not meet that standard.

I am still seeking a full refund. Unfortunately, based on how this has been handled I would not recommend this company. Absolutely disgraceful service!!
