Fantastic customer service!!

They were so quick to reply when one of the items we had bought arrived damaged, and swiftly arranged a collection for the damaged one and sent out a replacement. Really impressed with their friendly service!

Bought a garden furniture set from Southwood and the quality is excellent. Customer Service respond very quickly, even to minor queries. They are knowledgeable, polite and very friendly. Have no problem recommending them and will use them again in the future.

Great service arrived quickly and was well wrapped. More efficient than some big companies. I purchased some indoor plant pots that are guaranteed not to leak. I had view the makers website they are in Germany and don't deliver at the moment to the UK. Searched online and found them on Southwood site. Would have purchased more if they had the larger diameter I had the 19cm width. Thank you for your service.
