I have 4 pairs of their shoes and love them. But i feel something has changed, bad reviews now, most items very limited sizes and all sales are final all of a sudden. So gave 4 stars based on previous experience. Going forward i am skeptical

The site took financial & personal information, then redirected me to third party item where the item was sold out.

Then then sent this bogus email:

I used to buy dozens of socks from soxy since 2015 but the last year or so they are constantly sold out. I don’t think they make any new inventory.

I should have checked reviews before ordering. They took my credit card details and emailed me to ask for confirmation of payment. Once I confirmed, they cancelled. I grew worried about fraud and now that I see the other reviews I am sure of it. Stay away from them.

I bought socks from soxy.com for years. They are not what they used to be and seem to now be some sort of aggregate distributor for more expensive clothing brands. I will miss them.

I loved Soxy BUT now. I have paid for two shipments and have not received my socks. I have emailed customer service to no avail. Just get an auto reply saying they will be in touch. I now think they have turned into a scam company, Take your money and don't deliver. Stay away from them

I used to be a great fan of Soxy since 2015, but now over the last 2 years the brand has a bad reputation from my end.

Customer Service sucks big time. No replies, and when there are replies professionalism is way below any standard that I've seen. You wanna keep customers long term? Then make sure that your customer service is in order.

I paid for the order and received nothing. I sent 7 e-mails and received no any answer. Bad experience with Soxy. com.

I paid 5 USD ( 8 CAD ) for the shipping, but they sent it by letter mail service without tracking number, and of course, I didn’t receive it
Now they are not even responding to my emails

These people are horrible. I ordered socks over a month ago. I got a tracking number but the package was never sent to the shipper. I contacted what they call Customer Service a dozen times without resolve.

Socks are one size fits all that are different sizes. What?
The socks seem like fine quality. I assumed they were ok as there were no sizes. Washed them. And as I started to where them (Size 11 feet- Male) some were perfect. Others the heal is nearly halfway up the lower portion of my leg. Customer service said sorry- already washed them, nothing we can do. Ya- if i didn't like the color- ok- but they AREN'T THE SAME SIZE!

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!! They responded once with the info I already knew and asked about. Asked for a refund and now they are ignoring me. I would NOT order from them now after reading other complaints. They don’t even try to make it right or anything. I gave them a couple weeks to respond and this is why I’m leaving a negative review. Hopefully they’ll do something soon

At first go, I wasn't happy as the order placed was not the order received and the discount was not applied ... but after working with Richard, i was given the discount (by refund to my card) and then i received my correct order -- thank you so much -- birthday presents were delayed but still brought smiles!

Terrible customer service. They have to defer to management for everything and it takes them several days to reply and it's never a continuous conversation. I ordered in Jan and didn't get items until Mid March. Then the shark socks were different sizes and missing eyes. Terrible quality control and useless customer service. I would not order from them ever again.

My order was received very quickly and the items were well packaged.

These are the most comfortable running shoes I have ever owned. I have bought a second pair.. item arrived in two days after ordering. This is my 7th pair of shoes and I have about 60 pair of Sox’s. Totally satisfied.

I really like the designs of the socks. Wash and let air dry.
