Great socks. A nice surprise in the mail

I love Soxy.com. There are so many cool collections that allow you to play and have fun with your clothes.
I'm in sales and in sales you need to set yourself apart from the pak. I have clients that come to see me daily to see what sock I'm wearing.
I'm known as the sock guy.

I've been wearing Soxy socks for years now, ever since I decided to stop being traditional wearing black socks. They're great quality, loud colors and patterns and have lasted well over the years. I also have a pair of the shoes bought when they were introduced.
Customer service helped me greatly when one of their promotions ran out and they made it work for me.

This was the worst transaction ever! No phone number to call them as they stated they had to do the calling. Also took money off credit card but said there was a problem with card! Go figure that. For 2 weeks refused to call and the quote a number we didn't recognize stating they kept calling. This was the worst customer service experience ever. DO NOT Order from them. Shoes were $209, and we almost ordered 5 pair! No way!

I ordered shoes from Soxy because their return policy states “shipping for exchanges or returns is free of charge within...USA...for 1 exchange/return per order”. Turns out, they charged me $10 for my return. I emailed a rep back and forth and even screen shotted this message from their website. They refused to give me the $10 stating their was other unclear fine print that says they can charge it.

Have received Soxy socks every few months for the past 3-4 years. Always get compliments on these unique, stylish threads. Very glad I got this as a present! Highly recommend if you want to stand out.

These folks are real easy to work with. The shoes I ordered were delayed, but they kept me well informed and added a bonus for any inconvenience. The shoes arrived well packaged. I had compliments the first time I wore them. Job well done.

It took us awhile to find the right shoe size, so we had to do a few returns! My husband is an 8.5 and we were advised to order a size up. 9 was waaaaayyyy too big, 8 was waaaayyyy too big but the 7 was just right! Richard helped us on the customer service end and was very helpful and patient during the exchange process. We finally have the right size and we are very happy with our order.

I always get compliments while wearing your socks. The creativity is unlike other brands and your socks are stylish and feel comfortable. My kids love to pick out the different styles and they go well with most of my suits. Your customer service has been phenomenal.

They make promises they can't keep. Delivery is promised in 1-2 days, it's 17 days later and it's just now shipping. These are seasonal socks and quite simply, I wasted my money. When I write, I get canned email responses. Very disappointed.

I love Soxy socks. They by far have the best styles and are durable. I also always get compliments when I wear them to the office.

Most recently, I worked with Richard at Soxy on getting some new socks for my collection. He was very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. His customer service was excellent and I received my new socks within a few days of placing the order.

Excellent customer service. I have never met a company with a friendlier staff. They go above and beyond to meet their clients’ needs and satisfaction. They are very understanding. Would 100% shop from this company again simply due to their customer service.
