Amazing socks and great customer experience!

I can't really review my socks because I have not received them. I ordered 4 pairs of socks on January 31st and still have not received them. It is 2020, not sure what is taking so long to ship socks.

The service is excelent, always respond my mails.

I honestly when over board with Soxy socks. I have a drawer full of them, i'm addicted to them, I love the colorful patterns, they feel great and they get peoples attention a lot. One happy costumer right here :)

I've been ordering Soxy's for the last 6 years and they are the best out there. Unique, special and even after all these years I have only received one pair that was duplicate other than that all socks super fresh, sleek and I wear them every day!

I really love the variety of styles! Good quality and comfortable socks.

The socks are great and I look forward every month to what will be sent next. The variety and multiple designs always make it fun to pair them with something to wear

Have been and long-time and frequent customer of Soxy. Recently receive the first error in a shipment - but after requesting an exchange correction they were very helpful in setting up a replacement shipment for what I ordered originally. Highly recommend the quality and stroke of sock options available!

Had the subscription service every 3 months. Easy as possible with great, stylish new socks showing up when I needed a refresh! Outstanding service. Highly recommend.

Been trying to get a response for days and nothing. It’s too bad their customer service is so bad. Not only zero response they also shipped my first and last order short.

Tried to use their free return policy. Customer service said they charge 10 just for the return label. They recurved my return 15 days ago and still nothing.

Stay clear of these crooks!

The shoes are great but do not come with care instructions. If you attempt to contact customer service you will be sorely disappointed. Awesome product with customer service that is slow to respond and deaf to complaints.

I love the whole experience. It was so easy to order and the product was amazing. Due to financial trouble I had to cancel my subscription but customer service was even amazing in this area. They made it so easy. LOVE this company.

I order online...a lot! I have to say that this is, bar none, my best customer service experience in my shopping career thus far! I was lucky enough to work with both Albert and Richard who exceeded my expectations. I am a client that loves to customize and modify which, for many companies, is not possible and/or is a real pain to try and accomplish. I sent an email to the soxy general inbox and my email was returned same day and with my ask completed and with a smile and gratitude. I had multiple questions and rather than receiving back frustration, I again received back responses that were extremely happy to help. Thank you Richard & Albert for your help with my first time order with Soxy and you can bet that it won't be my last. You both deserve a raise :)

Socks are comfy and customer service is stellar. Would recommend this company. No problems experienced.

The socks are really comfortable, with unique and remarcable designs. I am very satisfied. The only bad thing i can say is that when i became a member i get the offer of a free pair, but when the package arrived it had only the 5 regular pairs.
