Joe at Spa Motors was fantastic in helping us buy our new car and part-exchange our old one. Communication was always clear and easy, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. We’re absolutely thrilled with our experience and our new car, and we would highly recommend Spa Motors to anyone.

I recently purchased my car from this dealership, and I’m extremely happy with the experience. Simon, the salesperson, is a true professional. When I first visited just to view the car, he immediately offered me a test drive—something rare these days, as most places require you to book an appointment. I liked the car and placed a deposit on the spot.

A week later, when I went to collect the car, a well-known UK public platform showed discrepancies in the mileage. The director of the company personally travelled 1.5 hours to meet me and resolved the matter within two hours by contacting the platform and providing the necessary evidence.

The car is running perfectly, and I’m very pleased with the service I received. I would 100% recommend this dealership.

fantastic sales service from Joe Bayliss. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. He listened to what I needed in terms of weight for towing a caravan and the tow bar was fitted swiftly. He was so helpful with the test drive and supported me to try an automatic for the first time in my life and I was a bit apprehensive but he was calm and gave me confidence to try it. He went over and above to deliver it to my door and take away my old car in part ex. Thank you Joe. I would buy from him again.

No pushy sales, given time to look around and test drive, lots of great quality cars available and we chose a different car that we visited to view, choosing which one was the most difficult of our experience with Spa and Joe was very helpful making this a very pleasant experience, and arranging for a tow bar to be fitted within a few days too

I have never bought a car from Spa before. I visited to browse their selection of vehicles suitable to tow a horse trailer.

Joe Bayliss asked me a number of questions as he showed me the available vehicles. He suggested that I should look at a Discovery which was held by their Herefordshire branch. I liked the look of it and he arranged for it to be brought over that afternoon. I ended up buying it.

Joe exhibited the highest professional standards and was courteous and knowledgeable. He made the process easy to understand, straightforward and efficient. What has been painful in the past definitely wasn't here.

He kept me informed over the next few days as to the state of readiness and I picked up the vehicle within the timelines he had described.

Dealt initially with Carwyn then when visiting the garage for viewing a young gentleman man named Joe showed me around the vehicle.
Don’t let the youth of these two guys let you believe that customer service would suffer because of that , from the very first conversation to the handing over of the keys was faultless. Not at all pushy or impatient.

I am hoping this Truck will see my working life out but if it doesn’t I will be making a return visit to Soa Motors .
