New car day, arrived at Spa Motors to be greeted by Owen Davies, who couldn't do enough for us. He went through all the controls of the car, and we found him very knowledgeable and courteous. They are easily found online and we would thoroughly recommend Spa Motors to anyone looking to buy a car.

After what turned out to be a very shocking experience viewing a qashqai a couple days prior I really didn’t want to view another car without my other half being present. That being said my other half told me I will be fine to go to the llandod branch on my own as they are tidy people so I headed up as I didn’t want to miss the vehicle they had. Got greeted by Gareth and what a lovely guy he was too, very welcoming and chatted away to my little girl like he knew her forever. I was made to feel very welcome there and as was my daughter who got given a drink and offered more. Deal was done, car was collected a week later with my private plates all ready on it and I am very happy. Other half is now stalking the website waiting for his next vehicle to pop up. Thank you spa motors and thank you Gareth for being such a dream to deal with after my previous very unpleasant experience !!

We found Rob fantastic, with no pressure salesmanship and very relaxed very straight and honest,but very professional at all times.
