DOUBTS GALLORE
The communication at this company needs improvement. They need to implement a confimation email as well tracking information. the lack of these tools negate the "convenience" of buying on line as you are require to chase down information via telephone. Not suitable for fast pace businesses.

Defective Equipment!
I would not purchase anything else from this company. I purchased a spa package and when purchased I was informed that the carrier would call to set up a time and day for drop off and set up. Not only did the carrier not call me and left a huge palet of boxes at the front of the office, but absolutely no help with carrying anthing in or setting up. When I spoke with customer service about this, I was informed that this "cost extra" which I wouldve been more than happy to pay, but didn't because I was told it was already included. The facial/massage bed that was purchased pretty much came put together other than the legs needing to be attached. Once the bed was set up...it was HORRIBLE!!! The bed was leaned to one side more than the other and only got worse if you tried to adjust the position of the bed, which the latches to the bed did not work as well so we had to use a tool to even move the bed up and down. To make matters worse as soon as a person weighing 150+ lbs sits on the bed, the foot of the bed pops up and it sounds as if its going to break with even that amount of weight on it. I would never put a client on this bed for many reasons but also for the simple fact that someone could easily fall off this bed and sue the company. The pkg also came with a trolley. The company sent me two of the same legs so it was not able to be put together. Upon having issues with both items opened from this pkg I decided to not attempt anything else with the equipment sent until the company fixed everything. Frankly I just wanted to return it, but when I spoke with customer service regarding the equipment issues I was told to take a video and pictures of the issues and email it to them which at that time they would send it to another dept to have it evaluated. HORRIBLE customer service for those who rely on their equipment to make a living. I am in the process of hopefully getting everything resolved, but I DO NOT recommend this company and do not see myself ever purchasing from them again.

I love my new Silvan massage table. The company described it perfectly. They shipped my item fast. I got to use it already and it is strong, durable, and comfy. I had no problems with the company or the product. Will recommend this seller and or product to everyone else.

Website not updated-still waiting for refund
I purchased an item online and received a call 3 days later stating my item was on back order 5-8 weeks. I understand when things are on back order but at least update your website. Plus it would be another 1-3 weeks for shipping after paying close to $200. Now I'm still waiting to be reimbursed $1200 for the item. Cool.

Guess you gotta take the good wi th the bad
My experience in general, with order placing, I guess was very good, however the two star rating is because of the final outcome. So, first, the machine I ordered was not available, so they offered to upgrade me for free. WOW! Great! Right? Not so much. I did express my concern that the multifunction machine they wanted to upgrade me to didn't show a cd or tutorial on how to use it, whereas the original micro-current machine I had chosen did. The girl I spoke with assured me that there was instruction with this one as well, so I took her up on the "generous" upgrade. Well, the machine arrived, and there is a small (few pages) manual, written in very broken English, which I am having a hard time understanding. No good instruction at all! Let me 'share' with you the first paragraph of the PREFACE (and this is exactly as it is written): "Wrinkles and shin loose without spring is always troublesome to the race that cares of beauty. Since the ancient, people have seeking the good prescription to smooth wrinkles, remover and keep skin tender, glossy of spring with stream to maintain youth. But stream is stream, in order to have a stream come true, the best way is to get hold of the scientific beauty rule with assistant treatment of professional instrument." Whaaaaaatttt???? Yeah. It gets worse. The actual FIRST instruction for micro-current operating steps (no picture, by the way) reads exactly as this: exercises lour muscle to smooth away center wrinkling. Two probes draw at the same time from yint ang to eyebrows: stop at Tsanchu them give press a little. The action repeats 3-5 times. (After an action, move a probe firstly till it touches skin them another probe follows: and hold acting continuity in the whole operation.) Whaaaatttt? So the bottom line is that while it was nice of them to upgrade me at no charge, I will most likely be returning this unless I can find some decent instruction on-line.

When we set this up it was nice but mat estes wish it had coll feature too like the other we have, I do not know if I would of purchased this again. I had a different one I was going to order but they talked me into this one
