Over a month and no communication. Starting to feel like a scam. It's been over a month and all it says is processing. I've sent 5-10 emails and no reply also sent messages on their website chat box during their business hours and no response.
Update 1/22/25 got an email about my order will Update and change review when I receive my order they said it should go out next week. Said they have been under construction. 2/23/25 I have received my order just had to be patient I will write more after I try the products updated 4/2025 finally tried the products the k and the L were A+ it took a while to get my shipment but overall it was worth the wait

Placed an order this past Sunday and have yet to have the order processed. Sent them an email, tried to talk via the chat system and still nothing. I will revise my review once I get some sort of communication and confirmation my order will go through but as of right now dissatisfied.

This company is and has been legitimate, real (decent) products, and most importantly kept me in the loop (even with and through my 100 e-mails) they are professional and reliable. The ONLY downside is that it takes 2 weeks to receive. If there is a way for you to offer rush 2 day shipping and charged whatever (you and I know people will pay whatever amount to receive it A.S.A.P.) then you can increase productivity, profit margins etc. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you SPACEBOUND!

Best Vendor I've Found (By Far)
I made a couple initial reviews and they were positive. Now I have officially ordered a total of I believe like 6, or maybe it's even seven, separate orders.
The quality has always been on point. The shipping time is remarkably fast (and discreet). The prices are good and the rewards program and sales are fantastic.
One of my orders was short one item and it has since been reshipped free of cost. Not only that but they communicated quite well in a series of several emails until the issue was resolved in a day or two.
My favorite vendor. If you are skeptical, trust me, these guys are the real deal.
Spacebound has helped me enjoy my weekends off work more in the last several weeks than I had all summer. Five Stars all day.
