I was referred by a friend of mine who got his installed in September. The engineer who attended understood Starlink, which was a massive plus compared to contractors on my Builder thinking it was a random aerial.

When arriving he checked the system using the Starlink app and once installed showed me again, this made me understand that he installed it in a good location.

A few colleagues at work are having the same issue, and I have recommended to them

I messaged Colin asking for help to install Starlink, he provided very short and abrupt messages and told me I was not providing the correct details, even though I replied to every question he asked with detailed photos outlining the property. Shocking behavior for a potential customer. He would rather have an argument than help. Avoid this rude person!

Very pleased with the service from Colin. Excellent communication - sent me a message telling me when he would arrive and was very prompt. Efficient installation but took the time to try various locations to ensure we got it in the right spot. Also installed a TP link mesh network to boost to further spots in the house. Friendly and polite and cheaper than some other quotes I got. Would definitely recommend Colin to friends.

The most expensive of 3 quotations I obtained. Also tried to show me a £170 Amazon Mount as reason why and then provided pictures with Mounts that I found could be purchased for £30. To be fair he was reliable in turning up but £440 for an hours work when materials cost about £60 is unreasonable.

I recently had a Starlink satellite installed by Space Internet Installations and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Communication was fantastic; they sent me a message to let me know if they would arrive early, which I thought was very thoughtful. When they came, they were incredibly polite throughout the entire process. What stood out was their meticulous attention to detail. They took the time to consult me on the entry points for the connection, ensuring I was 100% satisfied. At the end of the installation, they conducted a careful final inspection and decided to adjust the positioning of one of the wires, even though I couldn’t notice the difference. Their commitment to perfection left me very impressed. I highly recommend their services.

Quick, efficient service. Colin arrived on time and got cracking. Within an hour 30 minutes he was off. Definitely recommend.

Ordered Starlink and quickly realised I needed it on the top of the house to avoid obstructions. I don't do heights, so with a quick google and whatsapp I was booked in with Colin. Turned up exactly when he said and installed quickly and with minimal disturbance to the household. Even replaced my TV areial while he was up there. Top notch service. Thank!

Excellent service. Professional team, knowledgeable about Starlink, satellite and aerial connections all together. Set up my Starlink, fixed my satellite cabling, all tidy up and clean. Won’t go anywhere else.

Speedy communication and installation fitted in on a Sunday. Impressed with the quality of the bracketing and the dedicated pole used for the Starlink dish - much neater than some of the rival company's example installation photos. Installer Kieron was really helpful, knowledgeable and a skilful worker. He was happy to discuss potential dish locations. He weatherproofed the necessary drilled hole through the wall and didn't leave before the router was fully up and running satisfactorily. Overall an excellent and impressive service from this company.

Colin turned up early, knew exactly where to put up system, then set up router etc. Fantastic service under 2hrs done and dusted. Can’t recommend highly enough. Bye bye rubbish 13mb BT rural line. Combined with. TP Link Mesh Network (on offer at present), now have 60-100mb all over house and garden. Happy daughters and wife and work!

Fast response after i requested my dish mounting.
The team took great care around the home and install was tidy and neat.
Dish has been placed in the perfect location with no obstructions.

Fast communication, managed to squeeze me in to mount our Dishy on Gable - installer was a good lad and did the job in the rain with no problems, even consulted me about cable running preferences and hole position. Works brilliantly since and a reasonable price, would highly recommend!

Installed Starlink with TP link booster system to cover large house and annex. Turned up on time, did the job in the rain, and it all works.

Most importantly Colin was on time and managed to set up my Starlink quickly with no issues

I recently purchased a Starlink dish and was looking for an installation company. Space Internet Installations came up and the process from finding them to the day of installation was extremely efficient and professional. I filled out their form and was promptly messaged by Colin who was extremely helpful in providing advice regarding the best options for my home. We then agreed a date and proceeded to mount the dish on the chimney and it looks great!

Excellent Service from start to finish. Installation of Starlink

Colin was great in communication to the build up to the visit to come and fit our Starlink dish on a pole on the roof. He arranged a date quickly but then came a day early after asking me first. He even agreed to run my two ethernet lines on the outside of the house in two rooms I didn't already have it in. He got all the work done quick but professionally and a nice chap to talk to, even my 3 year old and my dog was interested in what he was doing, and he was very polite, friendly and great to have on site along with the great service we received. If you need Starlink installing to a high standard then get this guy.
