I order a chambelt kit ct1168wp2,box is coming open with water pump in plastic foil.I don't know if is the original one.normaly water pump and belt need to be in separate box,and all together make this continental kit. Very strange,is first and last time when I use this site.

3 weeks and and counting…
3 weeks and 2 days since placing my order I have had no delivery and it isn't even on it's way to me. If Evri lose your parcel (highly likely) sparepartstore24 refuse to help you until it has been 7 working days since the parcel last 'moved'. This threshold was passed and now another week has passed with no update from them on where my parcel is. They won't even refund delivery or send another part out as a goodwill gesture and try to claim that the parcel is still on its way! Generally for car parts you are in a rush so I would strongly recommend not using sparepartstore24. Order cancelled and gone to the dealer, lesson learnt. Finally I can use my air-con again :).
