I introduced my friend to use your…

I introduced my friend to use your store and he ordered it as OEM number but it was wrong parts!!!!
My friend and I told the manufacturer and they accepted it was wrong parts! But you have no action and just repeat same words and no help us.

Unlike me, he won't ever use your site again.

Extremely bad.

Extremely bad.

Ordered part over a week ago and according to tracking number the part hasn't been handed over to the courier company yet.

I emailed for a status update as this is poor especially when the parts were showing in stock.

Since they are not replying to emails, I will shortly be contacting my bank to refund as this looks to be fraudulent.

Edit:
After several days of emails back and forth, it is apparent they are employing every stalling tactic available to avoid this being returned.

Despite there being several in stock and a boasting shipping within 1-2 days, it was well over a week before I tried to find out where the order was. A few days and several emails later (all of which were not even replied to), I asked for the order to be cancelled which again was met with silence so I asked again.

Several days later they posted the order.

So now they are expecting me to pay postage to return the item.

But, they wont tell me where and they sent me details of how to return except this is for another one of the companies they run knowing full well the order didn't originate from them and there would be no way of logging in to start the return process as I wouldn't have an account.

They are now asking for the vehicle details and not answering my repeated request for the item to be returned.

Behavior is quite frankly indicative of a scam.

Steer clear, steer very well clear...

Very good service

Very good service. Only problem is waiting for parts which is not your problem but transport. Will use again but if not in hurry for parts. But again very good service.

Good customer service

Amended reveiw:

After placing an order that was my error and there not being a facility to cancel straight away my parts were shipped in quite a quick time considering they are shipped from Germany. My problem has been resolved in a very quick time and order refunded. They have taken on board recommendation for an improvement to the order facilties so that I could have cancelled the order straight after placing it incorrectly and they are a company that really want to provide a good service and care what their customers think. I will use in the future for parts without a doubt as although small hiccup with a placed order (my error) the way they have operated and handled it has been excellent.

Poor! Ordered last night wrong parts, I emailed straight away to cancel order before anything is actioned as phone lines shut. This morning I get a notification that its shipped even though their shipment details say 4 days and its done before office opened. I call up to cancel and I'm told nothing they can do to stop the order as its "in transit".....rubbish its sat in the warehouse waiting for the courier to collect orders for the day! Parts now have to come all the way to me for me to return! Poor system they could have easily had a system to cancel orders immediately. Also this is not a Co.uk company as website shows it is actually German so abut misleading.

Awkward to return faulty items

Easy to buy from and competitive prices, but really awkward to deal with if you’ve received a faulty part or early failure. The warranty claim system is paper based, and they want the form handwritten with so many details, many of which are irrelevant. This as to be scanned and accompanied with numerous photos of the part and a copy of the mechanics qualifications! When they did refund me they initially said postage wasn’t refundable, but they changed their position when I quoted them the relevant EU law on faulty goods. Seems to be designed to put people off claiming their statutory rights.

Slightly long customer service process

Slightly long customer service process. Had to go through trustpilot.com reviews in order to get a refund for a part that was compatible with my car model on paper (on the website too) but not with my VIN.
Please use the form on their website to check if the part is compatible with your car. It's on the bottom right as the time of this writing and you can put in your VIN number. If you do that you can avoid incompatible parts.
@Partio: Maybe you can make that box more visible or have a better UX so users can see that box.
EDIT: Changed review to a favourable one after their response.

I live in the UK and I ordered a wiper…

I live in the UK and I ordered a wiper motor linkage obviously for a right hand drive vehicle, but Sparepartstore24 sent a linkage for a left hand drive vehicle, so I couldn't use it! They do have a good web-site with competitive prices but make sure your parts are for a right hand drive car where applicable!

Waste of Time

What a joke this company is. I placed an order for over £700 for break discs and break pads, to be told that one of the items I had ordered was not in stock. A replacement part could be sent instead, but wanted me to pay an extra £11. Looks like they are willing to lose the order for the sake of a few quid!!!. Complained only to be told they will check when the parts are back in stock and then let me know!!! They have since just cancelled my order, total waste of time!!

Or, if we find that the spare part is slightly damaged before shipping, so as not to send it to the customer, even if it is a small scratch, at the same time we order a new spare part for the customer directly from the manufacturer, in this case the delivery time increases to several days. It is very important for us to satisfy our customers, and sometimes we decide to send the order a few days later, and not send it as soon as possible, but with a damaged spare, even if sometimes defect is invisible. Worse on-line car-parts ever

Worse on-line car-parts ever. They clean up their warehouse of defective products and sell them on-line. The cost of sending back is 30% of value of the defective product! A nightmare Company, stay away from them! First purchase and last one from this seller...Far better options...Mister-Auto, MickGarage...
