I can’t fault this business
I can’t fault this business, okay first time of using them but I tell it as I see it. So I needed a roller belt for a Vax vacuum cleaner, looked online eBay were selling the belt for £15, Vax never had any in stock, came across Spares which I had never heard about before. Placed an order cost less than £5 including shipping arrived within a few days. Really happy and pleased

Don’t bother. Ordered parts, kept chasing for delivery, turned out they weren’t in stock, then had to chase for a refund I still don’t have after 3 weeks.

Shocking delivery time
Parts was ok. But I am pissed of with delivery time … paid extra £9.99 to have it next day and then… well it took them almost week …
