From the looks of it the distributors didn't deliver so will not rate as harshly, and they responded in a timely manner, and offered a refund (note reviews take 2h to process) my 1 criticism is that they shouldve updated purchasers once they knew it would not be there by the expected date.

We do apologise if you felt Like you received a bad service and this was definitely not out intention.
However as we multiple times informed your through our ebay conversation that ended 15 minutes before you submit your revievew. The product that you have PRE ORDERED has not yet been in stock on distributor level.
The product is expected to be in stock JUNE 2022.
We always do appreciate a review that reflects facts and portrays a real image of how our service was delivered.
However you opted to review that we have not been communicating while all your questions and refund request have been responded in a timely manner.
Again we do apologise for the inconvenience but it is physically impossible to dispatch an item not in stock yet.
