Absolutely terrible cant do work even with right answer and the bookwork checks are just un needed, you would never need a bookmark check later on in life.

Bad update. I usually get really stressed out with sparx and I was finding it good with the first 2 questions. I got the first question correct which was 20,070 I type that for 5e book work check and it says it was wrong, even though, before it was right it made me restart the task again #fuming xx

Its so annoying. I calculate the calculation a billion times and watch the video another 500 and STILL dont have the correct answer. Sitting at my computer for an hour trying to figure out my maths homework is not healthy. I sit at school for 6 hours just to sit another hour crying and stressing at my computer because a program decides my future.

Hate this so much!!!!!! Every single week I dread having this. The thing I look forward for the holidays is not having sparx. It makes me cry all the time. It's honestly draining me. And the fact you have to get all the questions right is beyond me I struggle every week. Thanks sparx for emotionally draining and stressing me out!

This app is the bane of my existence. It should rot in hell alongside anyone who “enjoys” it. Stupid little bookwork checks can go do one. I get like 17 questions per task.

Horrible,stresses teens out when they do random book work checks and if they fail u fail the question.

Who's bright idea was it to switch of the GOAT that was Mr hegity or however you spell its name for this bs, no joke I've thought about jumping off a cliff for the past year this stuff have been assigned. The book work checks are just unhelpful and don't get me started how you need finish EVERY question to complete it. To any teachers who might be reading this, don't ever assigned sparxs math if you like your students not bashing there head into a brick wall.

complete torture and always will be, like this was the only thing i was dreading over the summer, every school switched to this and made their school a 1/10 thats how much everyone hates this

It is so irritating.When I type in the correct answer it says I'm wrong and it's keeping me from finishing the homework and i only have 4 questions left.And why doesn't it help us when we get question wrong.Instead it tells us to ask a teacher for help when they could help us instead.Useless. And to think I would laugh at tiktoks complaining about sparx maths just for me to suffer now. I hate it.I hope ts crashes soon. And bring back the games.They were boring but it was better before this update. P.S the XP is useless theres no need they might aswell remove it from sparx maths in general.

I just wanted to ask if Sparx Maths could have the XP Boost Mini Game back.
Don't listen to those guys sharing bad comments, I do not wish you to go to hell, you're just doing this for our future leaders but they don't realize and appreciate your work but I do keep it up.

the explanation videos are so unhelpful it’s insane. you can’t skip any questions or videos and the software/ai aspect of it is not helpful at all. not to mention, the times + keystroke tracker is weird and stressful as well as book checks adding another layer of unnecessary nonsense. every person doing the math gcse at the moment definitely prefers hegarty maths or corbett maths as an alternative as they are much more helpful towards the students. SCHOOLS PLEASE CONSIDER AVOIDING SPARX MATHS !!

I was completing my homework, and sparx was frequently giving me the same question, just different numbers, questions not on topic to what I was doing at school, and i had last done a topic on them 6 months ago. I can only assume that seeing as the questions took long to complete (not difficult, just long), sparx thought I was struggling and so gave me lots so I could 'improve'. I can do these questions fine, but would rather focus on on topic questions. The little messages they give when you complete questions are so passive aggressive as well.

I am writing this review having just lost 80% of my homework to bookwork checks, which are completely irrelevant to my learning!
If I had to write something down I would but please stop making me write down what 0.54 is as a percentage. Also, since the new update if you say "I didn't write this down" it just keeps on going with the bookwork checks for what feels like forever and makes you restart if you don't know them. In addition I'm pretty sure that they also took away the games, which was the best part in my opinion. I'm not sure tho because I haven't finished my homework yet as I just encountered ANOTHER bookwork check and I am fed up of losing all of my progress!!!
And if that wasn't enough freaking times tables make up almost half of ur homework, which can be nice but sometimes I get rlly stressed out and fail everything which leads to me getting a behavior point and having to go to homework club which is almost like an after school detention 😫

Sparx, oh Sparx. It's a good idea, but the execution? HORRIBLE, where shall I start? Bookwork checks are so unwanted and waste time, it wastes resources such as paper, and honestly, too much with that. Secondly, the questions only let you have a guess at 2 answers, then it completely resets? I watch the video, I do the workings, oh, I got it wrong the first time. Then I get the correct answer, but I put it in wrong, NOW you must start AGAIN. Does the creator not realise that we have more stuff to do rather than maths? We have a life. We have homework in other subjects, we have out-of-school activities, and most importantly, MENTAL HEALTH. The time you must spend on this app is estimated to be up to 1hr at minimum, MINIMUM! And this is confirmed by my teachers, and by the way, why are our teachers finding this app? Sure it's 'well-developed' ,But everyone in my school (pupils) hate this app, aswell as the people in the reviews (including me) I have a few friends who work hard, and revise for many subjects, they are well smart. They too hate this app, so dear creators, fix your app.
