The whole team at Spa World did everything possible to make the purchase, the planning, the delivery and the installation seamless.
The conversations had with all involved was always positive and constructive and nothing was ever to much.

Customer service in Glenorchy is great with Phil, Paul and Mal all going out of there way to help. Always willing to answer questions and provide advice. We have now bought three spas from Tankworld the local spas world outlet in Hobart

We came in just looking and ended up buying a Vortex spa on the spot! Peter was very knowledgeable, professional and patient answering all our questions, which were many, and didn't try to push a sale. We felt very confident and excited with the purchase and the process from ordering to delivery was very smooth and quick. The delivery guys were very professional and friendly and helped us to place our spa in the best position. They didn't hurry like most delivery people are and made us feel like VIP customers.

We recently purchased a Vortex Aquagym Max Pro Plus from Spa World Gregory Hills, and our experience with Fred who was exceptional from start to finish.

When we initially visited the showroom to inquire about swim spas for fitness and therapy purposes, Fred was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. We had to make several decisions, including the brand, style of spa, appropriate length for our family,and our backyard, depth suitable for our family size, number of pumps, filtration, heat pump, council approval, delivery via crane, and electrical works.

Fred was well-versed in the different swim spa models available, and he took the time to explain the features of each one, including swim current speeds, jet systems, and energy efficiency. He didn’t just push for the most expensive option; instead, he carefully helped me compare the pros and cons of a couple of models based on my needs and budget. He even walked me through the maintenance requirements for each option, which was incredibly helpful.

His professionalism stood out throughout the process. He was always polite, and his communication was clear and concise. He made sure I understood every aspect of the purchase, and when I had follow-up questions, he responded quickly via email and phone calls.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Fred and Spa World Gregory Hills. I highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a swim spa.He took the time to ensure we were satisfied. We received our spa delivered, installed, council approved, and ready just in time for the Christmas break.

I ordered and paid a large deposit to receive spa pool before Christmas. Still waiting. I sent message to Store owner/manager and he said he is on holidays I should chase after a sales person. Ruined my Christmas and there is no end in site. I have paid for electrician etc. so who actually is in charge? Bundaberg store wasn't an option in store lists! I now expect free delivery and finalisation of installation (Electrician) as interest charges on my large deposit. One more week and then let's cancel order, you can return my deposit with interest and any increases in charges to buy from your competitors and reimburse Electrician charges so far. As per Australian Consumer Laws we should not be out of pocket with a faulty or non existent purchase. Also please note they have a system where you automatically give them 5 stars unless you really search for truthful review.

After researching the benefits of a dual zone Swimspa, my wife and I decided to go with Spa World as the reviews of the company and Fred Kalache from the Gregory Hills store were excellent. We chose the Vortex Hydrozone Pro Plus and have not been disappointed.

Fred Kalache is fantastic to work with, looking at all options avaliable to us, with customer service and communication above expectations. He facilitated delivery and was the crucial link between the Swimspa warehouse and ourselves to ensure the whole process was seamless.

The Spa World after sales team were awesome and service quality was excellent. The all important open lines of communication were maintained throughout the delivery and continued with better than expected product support. All issues were addressed in a timely manner and then followed up technical support as required. The introduction and handover was done onsite and as we were new to Swimspa, everything was explained.

Thank you again to the Spa World team and Fred for an awesome edition to our home as we are in the spa or pool every day enjoying the value added benefits to our busy lives.

She was friendly, full of knowledge, and very helpful. From the start, she provided us genuine attention and dedication, helping us choose the right fit for us. She took the time to inquire in detail our needs, our outdoor space, and our budget. This thoughtful approach ensured that she could offer us options best suited to our needs.

A massive Thankyou to Fred from Spa World Gregory Hills. After a terrible experience with Spas Direct we were recommended to give Spa World a go. We could not be happier. The service and communication was outstanding. Fred listened to my concerns after Spas Direct took our money and left us with no spa. He accommodated our needs and worked with us within the budget we had to work with. From payment on Friday to swimming on Wednesday, absolutely outstanding. The swim spa itself is amazing quality using only the best Spanet equipment. Do yourself a favour and talk to Spa World before handing over your hard earned money to another company without a showroom. My personal opinion, these guys are the best in the business. Yes a little more expensive than online sellers but the product and knowledge are second to none.

Absolutely 5 star service from the Spa World team in Launceston. Michael and John were amazing and professional, taking care of all of our concerns and getting our new swim spa up and running before Christmas.

Calm and friendly assistance in selecting a SPA

I am very happy with the service I received at Spa World, Gregory Hills. I purchased a spa last year and I been having problems with getting the chemicals right. I left the store feeling so much better knowing what to do. The service was friendly and professional.

Special thanks to Phil Jackson and Mal Moutwari at Spa World Glenorchy, we couldn’t be happier with our Vortex Swim Spa and can’t wait to put up our Vortex Pergola. Phil was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy going, he took the time to answer all our questions and explain the difference between the brands of Swim Spas. He was pivotal in helping us decide which swim spa best suited our requirements and budget. He organised our delivery and the process was well organised.

Mal from Spa World was on site on the day to coordinate the Swim Spa to be craned over the house and ensure it was placed correctly. He then went through the set up procedures with us. I was very impressed with Mal’s professionalism and product knowledge, he has also assisted us on site with several issues since and has been very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with Spa Worlds after sale support, it has been fantastic it feels like they really care about their customers.

I would also like to give a shout out to Michael Stringer from Spa World, who has been amazing at organising some engineering documents I required to allow The Vortex Pergola I purchased, to be built on my deck. Thanks to Mal once again for pointing us in the right direction. Once again a great company that gets things done, their service doesn’t stop when the product has been sold. Thank you both so much.
