We are very happy with the advice that we received from Michael in Launceston, TAS - he answered lots of questions and helped us come to a final decision on which brand/model to buy. The product itself is excellent - so much on offer in the Jacuzzi range! We are extremely happy with our purchase. The delivery of our spa was going to be tricky, so John organised a team of excellent folks to deliver and place our spa in its final location. All went smoothly and quickly with no problems at all, even when dealing with a difficult spot. Overall, Spa World (Tank World) in Launceston has an excellent team with heaps of knowledge and skills. We would highly recommend their business!

There are so many types of spas, it can be really confusing deciding on one. I visited several stores, spent hours researching. Theo from spa world spent hours assiting me as I made my decision over 3 weeks. He was friendly, helpful and honest. He understood this is a big undertaking from landscaping permits, approvals and logisitics. I'm very happy with my brand new spa and all the support I received from the spa world team.

We ordered and paid for replacement parts in advance then waited 4 months for their delivery. We also organized for their installation by Spa World in mid October.
We rang today to verify that the parts had arrived and were told the parts had arrived BUT Spa World had sold them to another customer. Rather than apologize and arrange for an express replacement delivery we were told to wait another 4 months.
I would strongly advise anyone against buying anything from Spa World - their incompetence and attitude is the worst I've ever experienced.

Whilst doing extensive research for outdoor umbrellas, I found Spa World Launceston were Shadowspec Umbrella suppliers.
Being able to see an assembled umbrella and the quality of the product was advantageous.
Micheal was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly to boot.
The delivery was timely & having Andrew & Vaughan assemble the umbrella was a surprise bonus.
We are delighted with the umbrella - especially the ability to move it around with the castor base & the easy to use cover when in the stowed position.
All in all a very good outcome - we are very pleased we decided to deal with Spa World Launceston & experience their excellent service delivery with caring staff. Thank you Micheal, Andrew & Vaughan

Fred did everything he could to get the sale over the line. Explained everything well, helped us make an informed decision about which spa was the right one for us. He wasn't pushy and his technical knowledge of the product was top-notch. In the end helped us achieve a long time goal. Bring on the 37 degree water and massaging jets to help ease my back pain.

The service and after service of Spa world has been fantastic. A professional organization run by people who care. I purchased a Hot tub which they held for nearly 12 months (waiting on completion of renovations) they travelled over 100km to where we live and have set it up perfectly and provided lots of aftercare with water testing etc. I thoroughly recommend this organisation

We had been thinking about getting a swim spa for years and finally decided to commit in late 2023. We live about one hour from Hobart and wanted to deal with a business that would provide after sales service and be willing to travel. We decided to go with Spa World in Glenorchy and from initial inquiries to post delivery service we couldn't be happier. Phil and Mal have been outstanding and I particularly want to thank Mal for being fabulous during delivery and post installation follow ups. Often these days, as soon as you have paid your money and are out the door, the business doesn't want to know you, but the opposite has been the case with Spa World. We did have a few minor issues post delivery but Mal was very happy to come and sort things out in a very timely manner. The spa itself is great and the kids particularly love the swim part. As a family, we have spent many hours in the spa and love the fact that our teenagers are happy to chat while in the spa (but prefer their devices as company when on dry land)! While the swim spa was a big investment, I have no regrets (other than we didn't buy it sooner) and I am definitely pleased we purchased from Spa World in Glenorchy.
