Very unprofessional but (at least) quick to refund

Their website displays incorrect information. I ordered a speargun which was marked as "in stock". After one week I received an email saying that the speargun was out of stock and that it would be stocked in 7 days. I waited in total for more than a month, at which point they came back saying that I needed to pay more for the shipping, 180 EUR instead of the shipping cost calculated at checkout of 50 EUR! I said this was unacceptable and they refunded me rather quickly, but I find all of this quite unprofessional and they wasted 1 month of my time by misleading me with wrong information on their website.

Websites are not up to date.

Hi. They couldn't deliver the spearfishing knives I ordered via their websites. They promised, that knives will be available in the near future, but they informed me in next e-mail, that it is impossible to make my order to come true.
I'm sad for them.
Positive thing was, that they were able to return the money so quickly. Thank's .

5/5 without a doubt!

Andreas Berg was of great help considering the different possibilities with the Marauder, Riffe Speargun. Super fast replying and he told me about an upcomming vacation closure of the shop which helped my decide since i needed the gun delivered fast.

The gun was needly wrapped, send to Denmark within days and I generally had a great experience with spearfishing.de!

Ordered 5 items, but received only 4. Luckily more expensive items have arrived. Customer service responded and missing item is resend.

Great products, speedy delivery, good custome service

Good service, great products and speedy delivery. One of the spears I received turned out to be of a slightly different type but very similar to the one ordered, but staff handled it in a timely, friendly and professional manner, compensating very graciously for any inconveniences and I ultimately ended up with an even more suitable product. I will not hesitate to do business with Spearfishing Shop in the future or recommend to friends.

Not updated stock and problematic shipping

Ordered items that were in stock, later spearfishing.de said that they were not and i had to wait another 10 days or so..
After sending me the items the items got stuck in german customs and apparently was not accepted by "my post" services due to a lithium battery in the torch i Ordered. I was told that I had to pay the 40 EURO of shipping again or cancel the order without refund of the original shipping cost. Perhaps it's legit that I have to pay again, but it seems wrong to me as I did nothing wrong IMO.
Ive had good experiences with them in the past, but this time around I was not very pleased so say the least.

It is a seller who should not involve except for the inhabitants of Germany.

Warns Spearfishing enthusiasts who are considering purchasing goods from this seller.

I ordered a Riffe's 16 mm diameter power band / color : Amber with a total length of 6 m at this store.

The power band that arrived in a few days later was a power band with a diameter of 12 mm and a total length less than 6 m, which is different from the product I ordered.

Even if it is Riffe's power band, it is a material that can not print brand name and mark because the product itself is natural rubber.

However, Riffe's power band / color Amber has no product with a diameter of 12 mm.

You can check that on Riffe's website and product catalog.

What I ordered was a product sold in units of 1 meter, but the actual delivered product is less than 6 meters in length. And the diameter was 12 mm.

For products ordered by me, the products shipped by this seller are short in length, different in diameter, poor quality. If it is a Card games (poker) it is the same as a three card.

It is common sense for people who use a sling rubber type spear gun, but natural rubber deteriorates quality only by touching ozone in the air.

In addition to quality deterioration due to ozone in the air, natural rubber will cure when exposed to the sun's ultraviolet rays will cause quality degradation.

The color of the brand new unused Riffe's Amber power band is different from the product name Amber, it has a color close to milky white.

The product that the German sellar shipped to me was the color of rubber that discolored color to the same color as the caramel sauce on Crème brûlée.

Its color has been influenced by ultraviolet rays and ozone and proves that the quality is deteriorating.

I informed this store of the return exchange.

The request from this store was the condition that it should not change the box used for packing.

This seller conditioned to return the wrong product by using the box delivered to me as it is.

I carried out delivery procedures from Japan and paid for shipping costs.

A power band of 16 mm in diameter was delivered in a few days, but this seller does not respond to the refund of the shipping fee paid by me at the time of return.

I sent a complaint to the seller through PAY-PAL.

However, the seller claims to respond to refund if I cancel the complaint to PAY-PAL.

I asked the seller a refund of the shipping fee on 21st October 2017. And PAY-PAL judged, it was refunded on November 28, 2017.

In addition, the seller's website is specially crafted to calculate the fare illegally.

When ordering a power band of Riffe's diameter 16 mm, total length 6 m, the weight stated on the invoice was 1.81 kg.

It was 0.8 kg when we measured the weight when returning goods without changing the boxes delivered to me.

Despite measuring the weight using exactly the same item with the same box, if the shipping cost is calculated when ordering on the website, the shipping fee will be increased and will be charged.

This is a misbehavior that I discovered as I sent the goods back, which is a cheating not noticeable to customers who do not need to return.

If you live close to Germany, you can contact the store directly to report a complaint, but it is a malicious seller who intentionally shipping defective products to customers who ordered products from abroad.

This seller intentionally conducts malicious business.

Stay away from this unethical company!

I want to spread an unethical and unprofessional act of online shop spearfishing.de to the community so other will not make the mistake I did.

I made a bulk order from the shop, and even though all of the items seemed in stock, it took them five working days, seven calendar day to proceed my order to post. I did not mind that even though I selected items in stock for fast shipment.

When I opened my order, I noticed that the diving flag was missing from my best hunter okipa 3 buoy. I did not mind that one either as I had a spare flag from my previous floats. However, when I started reel 1.5mm 50 meters expensive Dyneema (purchased from them) to my new reel LG Twist 45 for pathos (also from them) I realised that it only took about 25 meters line. I was shocked because I choose that reel because of, on their site, it was advertised as it takes 45 meters of 1.5mm line and 30 meters of 1.8mm line on the time of my purchase. I wrote them about the issue but they told me they are in holiday and they will look into it next week. When I got a reply next week, they said it is because of the way I wrap the line into my reel but they will confirm it from the manufacturer. And I told them there is no way the difference will be that much (45 meters to 25 meters). A few days later I got a reply saying that they confirmed from the manufacturer that reel only takes 30 meters of line so it was “OK”. I got furious, I told them it is not “OK” with me because I purchased that reel based on information they provided and demanded a replacement. And from that point, it all got very nasty. They updated their site with new information saying that reel take 30 meters of line and they send me an e-mail saying that I misunderstand the information written on the site!!!!

I am not returning the reel as it means 4 hours drive and paying postage back for me. Instead, I am spreading this incident to let the community know about this online show approach to their customers. I will also carry this issue to consumer right protection organisations in EU and Germany.

Abnormally good service.

You can't ask for a better service.

Their support is incredible and they treat their customers very good.

I order for over 50kg of weight, but still the package was at my door 3 days later.

This was definitely not the last time I ordered from their side.
