I can highly recommend Laura. She is a lovely person who is very supportive, knowledgeable and attentive. Exactly what is needed before and after surgery. Great service!

I highly recommend Laura
Laura is very friendly, supportive and approachable. She answered all my messages promptly and efficiently. She is very helpful eg if I needed to contact my specialist with a concern or the clinic to change an appointment. She stays in regular contact, even when I was doing well. She is positive, encouraging and motivational eg when I wanted to know realistic expectations of stages in recovery. She is always very informative and has even given me advice for future care eg when I go on holiday next year.
Everyone needs a Laura!!

Having this great service really puts your mind at ease. Knowing you have them on call anytime .

The specialist cosmetic care company provided an extremely important and helpful service after my operation. It was reassuring to have an experienced nurse to answer any worries or questions I had. Laura was able to put my mind at rest, she was professional, knowledgeable and replied quickly, which enhanced the overall experience for me.

I had my FDL tummy tuck surgery on the 22nd of July and my surgeon suggested Laura Summers. She is, by far, THE BEST Specialist Cosmetic Care Nurse. She is very informative, extremely friendly and very helpful. I am so grateful for her help, expecially when I had a bit of a panic attack, and she reassured me that what I was experiencing was perfectly normal. Thank you Laura 😍

Laura contacted me pre op to discuss my upcoming surgery and answer any questions. Post surgery and once home, Laura was on the phone and thereafter almost daily checking in on me . Unfortunately post op recovery was not straightforward and has been an extremely long journey in relation to predicted timelines but Laura has been amazing. Her prompt replies, advice , kind words and pure professionalism has kept me sane on a difficult journey and she has been at the end of the phone for every step. Today I was given the all clear and Laura was on the end of a message celebrating with me . Thank you Laura you have been invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend Laura in a heartbeat.

Laura is an amazing nurse and is there when you need her.
I recently had surgey she rang me and we talked about my recovery and what to expect.
I had sermonas aka "squishys" that laura advised on how to treat and I was send her weekly or photos of when something was worrying me or not healing right.
When I did get an infection laura and my surgeon were on the case and got me seen.
Also laura was amazing as she was going away for work and when she was away she still was able to help me get my medication I needed.
Laura really know how you make you panic less about things and sets your mind at ease, and as someone who is neurodiverse and who has anexity, this is what makes her the best person.
She will also go though list with you of things to buy after surgery and she she knows you have alergies to things she will give you lists or alternatives to buy.
Laura is so amazing and is always there when you need her.

I had the honour and privilege of receiving after care from Specialist Cosmetic Care Limited, or specifically from Laura Summers, twice. I was referred to this wonderful team for nursing after care by my consultant.

I initially liaised with Laura in September 2023 and again, this year, in February. Laura has been consistent in her care. With a warm and approachable persona, I found it was easy to communicate with her. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and was very reassuring when I needed to discuss some concerns with her.

Laura's knowledge base, approachability, and compassion ensured that my aftercare was a positive and exemplary experience.

I can not praise Laura anymore - I've had her be my nurse for two surgeries now and a third upcoming this week and she's just amazing. No question is too silly for her, she answers super quickly and is great for easing your mind if you're worrying about anything.

From introducing herself via a phone call to checking in before the surgeries, everything is so personalised and caring for you! Absolutely faultless care, really couldn't recommend her anymore!

I received a wonderful level of care from the nurse (Laura Summers) assigned to my care . Prior to working with me, she introduced herself via a phone call. Her professional and warm manner made me feel confident, reassured, and as though she was approachable and genuinely cared about my welfare.

This lovely nurse maintained a professional, reassuring, and kind approach. She was always willing to listen and help. She provided excellent advice for future aftercare and liaised with my surgeon, on my behalf, when I reacted negatively to the antibiotics.

It was a pleasure working with the nurse who was assigned to me. I just wish all patients had access to this level of care.

Laura is definitely the person you need after surgery as she goes above and beyond to help you with any concerns or worries you may be having and will give you great advice.
