Laura was always at the end of the phone and responded to messages within minutes. I never felt any question I asked was stupid or unnecessary. She allayed my anxieties and gave me sound advice. I would highly recommend her services.

Fantastic professional service offered to me after my operation in London. To be able to be seen at home and to not have to travel into London was such a help for me as i have a young son. To be contacted prior to my operation and straight after on a regular basis and for Laura to be available to me 24/7 was amazing and certainly helped my mental wellbeing as well as my physical side effects after my operation. Where do I begin. Laura has just been first class from the very beginning. Even in the weeks leading up to my surgery Laura phoned me to get to know me and help reassure me pre surgery, and helped me with my prep. If I could give more stars I would. The morning after my surgery Laura was the first person I heard from to check in on me. In the weeks after my surgery I honestly don't know what I would have done without her help and constant reassurance if there was something I was concerned or unsure of. I mean she was there for me 24/7 and I truly felt grateful and privileged to have her at the end of the phone. Laura is so kind, loving and understanding to how you are feeling and what you're going through. It was always like talking to a friend who just got it!! Not just physically but the psychological side effects of having surgery which I hadn't heard many people talk about. I still feel if I needed to reach out to Laura I know she would willingly still help and be there for me. You've been an absolute star giving up your personal time also while helping so many people. Laura was my aftercare nurse for an FDL tummy tuck and breast augmentation with Mr Fitzgerald O’Connor. She was there from before the op till even now months later. She was incredibly calm and reassuring and always there on hand with expert and reassuring advice at a time when you are feeling at your most vulnerable. She is just lovely and completely puts you at ease with any odd or graphic question you may have!

I live outside of London, so did all my own post op care and can honestly say, I probably would have had a breakdown if I didn't have Laura on standby to talk to me through everything! Just knowing she was there to reassure me when I panicked, added such value to this process. She was super quick to respond and was my biggest cheerleader through the tough days.
