The bed and matress were top quality thanks for the service provided by them.

Mattress delivered as requested. I was a bit concerned during the first week because, aside from the order acknowledgement email, there was no further communication. However, my email to the Sales department was responded to swiftly and explained the situation.

I was happy with the price which seemed very competitive.
I was kept informed even though the delivery was delayed 24 hours.
The delivery chap was excellent, he rang when he was only 30 minutes away, he deposited the mattress exactly where I wanted it and he took care.

I spoke to Adam regarding which mattress to buy, we already have one mattress from Special Nights and I wanted to make sure we bought the right one for my eldest daughter. Adam was helpful and the delivery was speedy. The mattress is really comfy and great quality.

Already have two Postureflex Flex 150 mattresses for the kid’s bunkbed. The quality of this mattress is so good I’ve just purchased a third for a single bed. I already knew which mattress I wanted because I had tried it in a local store but it was considerably cheaper from here even with the small delivery fee. Arrived in just a few days and was I emailed at each step of the process to update me. thoroughly recommend both the company and the plex 250 ultra firm mattress.

Can't rate Special Nights highly enough. I'm pregnant and my partner has a bad back. Was looking for a Postureflex Ariel 1000 double mattress and these pulled it off within a few days. Ordered on Friday and had it not been August Bank Holiday I would have had it the following Monday. Was delivered Wednesday evening. Nothing was too much trouble and they even took the mattress upstairs for me.
Was expecting it to come vacuum packed but it was ready to be used straight away so another bonus.
