The rep was great. The fact that your life insurance plan doesn't get emailed until you've made your first payment, and that since my first payment, I actually haven't received this email explaining my plan, is why I only gave 3 stars.

They did not give me the insurance I…
They did not give me the insurance I wanted for heart attacks, cancer and strokes. They gave me dismemberment and whatever so it wasn’t even the health insurance I wanted so yeah it was not worth my time. I had a heart attack so now I have no coverage so thank you.
