Kathrine was a great agent! Friendly, informed, helpful & ever so patient. Had a few quotes that were similar, but not quite as good as what SLI offered us. Better coverage for similar costs to what other providers offered.

Penny, the lovely lady I spoke with on the phone, was genuinely interested in what coverage I was comfortable with, what my budget was, and the coverage available. She was informative, friendly and most helpful. I have diabetes and anxiety, but I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to be approved for life insurance. I will recommend Specialty Life Insurance.

Have asked over 20 times not to be contacted by them and the calls still come daily. Legitimate harassment.

The agent was very helpful as some of the recorded questons asked were not precise enough for clear interpretation.

Daily spam calls despite telling the company I am not interested. They call from different numbers so it's not possible to block them.

It was an affordable option and the process was easy. The only thing that would make it better is if the insurance would kick in before 2 years.

Stay away from this company, a life insurance agent reached out, at first I was interested, slept on it sent him a message to hold off a month, no response. Decided to cancel completely,called him, finally after numerous calls he answered, assured me it was canceled, called head office spoke about my experience they reassured me it was a canceled quote, no policy
April,1,2026 3 weeks after 6 emails numerous calls they take the premium out of my bank account. Now with more unanswered calls and emails I'm trying to get reimbursed. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
