I was trying to get quotes for life insurance. I am senior citizen and wants to protect my family for any future financial situation that can effect them. Finally I get call back from Emily she one customer care agent she help me and explained to how work this policy and what is benefits and my effortless. She was very professional and honest and agreed to get this insurance package. I am strongly recommending any one for looking insurance get quotes from SLI.

My agent was Rita Desfosses and couldn't have been more helpful through the process. A very personable lady which is rare today.

I disliked the fact that it took too long with the questions. I noticed there was quite a few of repetition with the questions asked. I was actually on the phone for over an hour when promised it would take twenty minutes to a half-an-hour.

Overall the Insurance Broker was friendly and apologetic at times for the lengthy interview and questions.

NON stop calls and basically SPAM . the phone numbers are all random and cannot be called back. left no msg no details and if this is not a scam, i don't know what is this.

I wanted to discuss my existing policy with an agent. I called numerous times , emailed , left voice mails and no response. One time someone tried to call me and left me a voicemail. I returned call and that was the last time I heard from anyone. I finally got through to someone this morning and am cancelling my policy. If this is the kind of service provided then I would worry about what my loved ones would have to deal with when I’m gone.

Got me a plan in my price range. I guesss I wont know if they are good until I die.

This company is crooked and they’re deceptive thieves. Their contact numbers don’t work you can’t reach anybody. They take money from your account before the due date. I try to charge you NSF fees, which I specifically stated I did not want to happen but they lied. This is a fraud this is a scam fake Company

What a waste of time.. states it’s with CAA and gives CAA special discounts.
Spent over 1/2 hour on phone answering all medical questions only to find out they do not give any plan beyond 80 years (not 95 like stated) and do not offer CAA discounts! The quote given to me was the highest I have ever received and extremely less coverage (20k coverage compared to 500k coverage for more money than other companies based on the 500k!)

Harassing cold calls !!! I am recieving up to 10 calls a day and I have never heard of you before or even want you! I have repeatedly told you guys to stop calling me.

The relationship between us is still too new to give any available feedback. I have no issue with the company.
