Order arrived on time. Delivery driver was extra nice. He had to maneuver around lots of road construction in front of our business and still kept his sense of humor! Displays were easy to put together and look great.

It was easy to order. One thing I was looking for after I ordered my carts is when they may show up. I was really surprised to find them on my front stairs the morning after I ordered them. I like the fast service.

Purchased a complete set of Grid & Go Plus panels to upgrade my existing vending display ... They are fantastic, well-made products. In addition to the fact they fold in half, the removable feet are a game-changer for storage, transport, and setup on event day.

Customer service, however, is the real benefit to shopping with Specialty Store Services—they were quick to respond with recommendations and to rectify issues and I received my order within a week of confirmation. Highly recommended.

Specialty Store Services is a great company to do business with. I was looking at the folding grid wall panels but was hesitant to make such a significant purchase based on online pictures/descriptions only. I called and spoke to Carl in customer service who made me more confident in buying the products by discussing them more fully and also explaining their company’s Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. He explained that I would get a full refund if I was unsatisfied but was very up-front and honest that the shipping back would be paid by me which is understandable. I bought four folding grid wall panels and I absolutely love them! Unfortunately, one of the panels had a manufacturing defect. I called the company and spoke to Beth in customer service who apologized and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I definitely wanted a replacement as, again, this is a great product. She asked me to email her pictures of the defect and she had a replacement grid wall panel shipped out the next day at no charge to me. This company has definitely stood by their promises and I will be using them in the future for any of my retail display needs. I’m a very happy customer!

Fast service

I purchased 2 folding gridwall panels from Specialty Store Services. Everything came very quickly and the quality was much better than I though. I had a slight issue with one of the gridwalls and I worked with Customer Support who replied promptly and offered me a few solutions. I haven't used them in an event yet, but so far the service and quality have been exceptional.
