company obviously is going broke or doesn’t have access to any of the money tied up in it as it looks like all the reviews, my situation included involves them withholding money and making long verification processes in the hope people get bored or forget

The company charged more than decent fees for conversions and payments, but their service just doesn't justify it.

In the last year, first when I was booking flights and hotels for my trip, my card stopped working and it took them over a week to fix the issue which resulted in my buying the plane tickets at significantly higher prices later for which they didn't offer any retribution of course. And to make things worse, it was a simple security automatic card blocking which junior CS should realize and solve if they knew how their platform works.

Then, the other month, payments at the supermarkets didn't work. And when I reported the issue, their CS agent asked me for a screenshot?!!!! So I just didn't respond further as there is no point communicating with someone so witless or careless.

And now, after converting crypto to euros, the card can't get loaded and again it takes them days to handle such a critical bug.

Therefore, if you choose to use Spectrocoin card, make sure that you always, always have cash and another funded credit card, or else you might end up hungry or on the street in the foreign country.

I like spectro coin I wish they had a headquarters in the United States that would be awesome services phenomenal and I really like spectral coin because they don't sit a limit on crypto purchases as in you don't have to buy $100 of eth if you were just looking to purchase $10 I like spectro coin . keep the great work 👍

One of the worst. will do all legal actions against the company and management to make sure all founders sued.

Please all be aware that SpectroCoin supposed to be a custodian for Bankera ICO while all coin balances have been deducted without any proper notification or a clear reason under the pretext of inactivity. For SpectroCoin, inactivity means the client hasn't log in for a year, sometimes with another reason or hasn't had any transaction within a year. As per the banking or financial institution law, a proper communication should be set between the bank and account holder which called a notification. Unfortunately that hasn't been used for SpectroCoin so they can easily deduct money by any case from any client.
A legal case on the way against SpectroCoin and Bankera.
Will provide further information on this thread.

I have been locked out of my SpectroCoin account for over 2 years, and my funds are still being held. I've contacted support multiple times, submitted documents as requested, and received either no real answer or just automated responses.

The process is exhausting and leads nowhere – I keep being asked for the same KYC documents over and over again. Still no access.
This is not how a financial platform should operate. My money is frozen, my access is blocked, and no one is solving it.I’m publicly calling on SpectroCoin to resolve this and give me back access to my account or refund my money.

Terrible! I have had to do account verifications at least 5 times now, and very time they ask me to submit the same documents - which hasn't changed! Now its been more than 2 months and still no account verification finalized after supplying all the documents they have requested! They are illegally holding on to my funds and prolonging this process for their own benefit!

I have been using their service since 2019, so not a novice and talking from experiences!

This company is a scam! Stay away! I was locked out of my account over a year now with funds in it and they are claiming that my account is being verified for a year now! It's either a ly or their customer service is horrible! Either way please avoid using this platform at all cost!

I can't access to my account sinds 2023 I could not even reset my password because I do not receive the password reset e-mail. I contacted spectrocoin and they said they will validate my account. I have sent all information to validate.. I have e-mailed spectrocoin a number of times but the reply was always the same ,we are still validating you identity , now more then 1 year further I still do not have acces to my account.

Been 3 years and they don't credit my deposit. Contacted support 28 times and no email response for 3 years. SCAMMERS!

They've suddenly disabled my account and when I contacted support they told me to complete a kyc that I've completed. That's now over 4 months ago and they're yet to give me access to my account or my funds that are stuck there.
Do not give your money to these scammers.

Hello, I invested a significant amount of money through spectrocoin in 2019 and in 2023 when I wanted to access my account I no longer had access to it because "the password is incorrect" since March 2023 I have been trying to recover the account through support but they have been putting me off for over a year. I sent a photo of my ID and passport, everything they asked for but nothing. Considering that I waited 3 months between each check and for a while they have not responded to my emails.

It's more than 8 months that I try to access my wallet.
I tried to reset the password, no email received.
I contacted the Help Desk many times and I've always received emails asking me to wait for some not clear account verification and to provide them again my identification documents.
I've provided all the required information regarding my identity but still nothing.
Now I want to inform the authorities about this and I've found this one:
"Financial Supervision Authority" (Finantsinspektsioon) in Estonia
Since many others I've seen are facing my same issue, it could be useful that everyone inform the authorities and probably something will change.

For an unknown reason I lost access to my spectrocoin account when I tried to login to my account beginning of 2024. I could not even reset my password anymore because I do not receive the password reset e-mail. I first contacted spectrocoin in March 2024 and they said they will validate my account. I have sent all information including pictures of my identity card to validate.. In meantime I have called and e-mailed spectrocoin a number of times but the reply was the same “we are still validating you identity”. We are now more then 1 year further !! I still do not have acces to my account. I had a nice amount of bitcoin and ethereum that I cannot access anymore. This is ridiculous. I have been waiting for 1 year. This company is a scam and they strak your cryptocurrency

I created my SpectroCoin account in 2017 and may have close to $10,000 worth of investments based on current value of my holdings. One fine day (October 2024), I was suddenly unable to log in.

✅ Tried resetting my password – No email came.
✅ Sent ID (passport) – Still no access!
✅Raised tickets (29-Oct-2024 & 21-Jan-2025) – No resolution.
✅ Chatted multiple times (last on 26-March-2025) – Same copy-paste response: "Under verification and will be completed ASAP"

This company is withholding customer funds and refuses to provide clear responses. BEWARE of using SpectroCoin! I am planning to reported them to regulators and take legal action.

It is not talking about when my issue is going to be fixed or whats the reason for why completion of my validation is taking months or where are my funds or coins kept in the wallet. Would like to hear updates around the above rather than generic response which even your customer support uses.
