was much better than we had hopped for. The framing
was perfect. We were thrilled with whole thing as it was
a special birthday present, couldn't have been better.

I have never sent off my images to a lab before to be printed and usually like to have full control over the quality of the print and mount. However when I opted for an aluminium mount, this was something I could not do myself and my search resulted in the best option being Spectrum. The service was really easy to use, from upload to payment and I was kept updated with all the information I would need throughout the whole process. Over all I am incredibly pleased with the outcome of the piece and it does look wonderful on the wall, thank you.
The only piece of advice I could offer is to make it clearer on the website tht certain postal options aren't available on all purchases as I had to follow up with a second payment to ensure I could have it delivered on time.

I like to be able to upload my images and order the prints that I want. The quality has always been great, and also fast delivery is really good because often I post the prints on to a customer.

I am very happy with the service i received. communication was very good. My work looks amazing with the DuroSpec Perspex. I would deffinately use spectrum again and recomend them to other people.

I had to use a different lab for a client that had been recommended a different lab to print work with. I had to pay, then separately upload images via dropbox. no way of linking payment to images.
They didn't provide soft profiles. They didn't elaborate on anything more than the paper being 235gsm 'Satin'. Satin can be a semi-matte, or an ultra gloss depending on what brand it is. I phoned up to ask questions, and was met with short, snappy answers.

Spectrum are willing to chat to you, recommend a paper choice, or giclee over c-type, mounting options, framing options. They provide information to know what the paper is. Soft profiles too. Simple uploading system.

Its good there is a 24hour service. Would be great to have an automated e-mail telling you when your images are printed and ready.

It would be the icing on the cake if you provided images that show the paper. Sometimes i forget how glossy 'gloss' is. Would make paper selection easier!

I would definitely recommend Spectrum for any photographer and/or gallery. They have the whole 'production deal' really well thought out from the mastering files on the technical side down to ease of settling invoices on the accounts side. Super efficient and wholly reliable, but mainly lovely to deal with.

From the moment you enter Spectrum you are greeted with a friendly smile which is backed up with know-how and efficiency. All technical staff are just as welcoming and helpful. Orders are always completed at the latest on-time and cheaper than many of Spectrum's competitors. I always look forward to my meetings at Spectrum. There is a great service offered by Spectrum at Hove for artists to have their work printed to the highest professional standards.
Have a look at their very easy to use website where you can upload your artwork quickly and easily. They offer Giclee and C Type printing, mounting and framing, with super fast turn around.
Your can have your prints posted, or if you live locally collect from them. I think their prices are very reasonable for the slick service offered. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

A good way to try out prints for me, an 'emerging' artist, at affordable prices but with a good quality paper and print quality.
Only criticism is one print did not come out very clear due to low resolution - it would be helpful to have a tool to check resolution suitability on the site also.
Overall, would certainly use again and recommend to others.

Its brilliant value and great quality. Very simple, effective, smooth running website. The only thing i would like to make it super star, is to be able to store and save images i upload so i dont have to keep re-uploading images as part of my edition, plus i would like it to store several address options and payment methods so i dont have to keep re-typing it all in when i change the delivery address. Hopefully this will happen soon and then for me, Spectrum is unstoppable!

Usually excellent and prompt.
However, as I type my latest order has arrived with 3 of some else's photos and one of mine missing! Annoying as I need the missing shot for someone and I'll now have to wait and see how Spectrum sort this one !
I use them for prints for exhibitions and people are always impressed with the quality. Colours are eactly as I see them on screen and very sharp.
Would have been 5* before today, so deducted one for order mix-up.
