This company sent me a faulty item. I immediately emailed with an explanation and photos. They replied once and asked again for photos. I did this and have emailed multiple times since then but no response. I want my refund. My son is extremely disappointed as his birthday present was faulty and hasn’t been replaced. Very poor.

This website is for real. I ordered an x man tornado v2 m and it came in after 12 days.

I ordered a speed cube with GES accessories, and another item to qualify for free shipping. Less than 10 days later they arrived only to find that they had shipped the model below for the speed cube. I have written countless e-mails asking how they will rectify the situation and dispatch the missing item from the model I wanted, but no responses to date. On their site they state refunds must be authrorised first and shipping is at your cost, but if they don't respond to e-mails there is little hope. Also I expect them to resolve the matter at their cost if I have paid for one item and received something completely different.

My boy is not happy that I am not letting him use the cube whilst I await some sort of decision back from the vendor. I would advise you to stick away from buying from this site as the favourable reviews may not all be genuine, and looking at the number of bad reviews, I wish I had done the same and just bought directly from Amazon, even if it as a little more money. You expect to get what you pay for, and with Amazon, mistakes actually get resolved by the merchant.

My ten year old son saved up his pocket money to buy a speed cube. The cube has not been delivered. The money hasn't been refunded.

The company appears to be in the UK but ia actually in China. Messages are not replied to. Stinks of a scam. My advice would be to shop elsewhere

I recently ordered from Speed Cube Store for the second time and my order arrived after 11 days. The expected time was between 6 and 12 days so this was great for me. I got an email with my tracking number and info only 2 days after I ordered. I checked in everyday and after 11 days i have my Gan 12 Maglev! Super happy with service and prices were super cheap. One thing to mention though is that speedcubestore.com is fake. The real one is speedcubestore.co.uk and yes, it does make a difference. This is definitely somewhere I will order from again.

The 1st order was received successfully but the 2nd one ordered on 9Dec2021 has never been received. Despite several e-mails and comments to their complains in their website I never received any reply or refund.

Company is not UK based does not use Royalmail. Tracking information didn't work and doesn't seem genuine. I don't expect my little boy will get the cube anytime soon so ordered from amazon - got next day.

I ordered a cube on 13th of March, still nothing. I cannot track my order, I sent several emails, no response. Even if they are from China all I need is information when can I expect my cube, 1 week, 1 month...3 months...but no answer at all. No customer support whatsoever, will update if I ever get my cube. I don't recommend anyone buying, it's a gamble obviously, some get it some don't.

Second time ordering, just got a Gan Mirror M. I emailed for tracking number and recieved one which kept me up to date. Took around 10 days to arrive from dispatch. 10/10

this is terrible I ordered a 30-pound cube and it doesn't come!!

I ordered a cube from hear after reading the reviews i got sceptical but i emailed them asking for a tracking number. this was very useful so i could see where my cube was. it is currently with royal mail as they hand the package over to them.

A few reminders
1. this is a Chinese company
2. it will take a while
today is my 10th day since ordering and it will arrive today says royal mail

My son has placed an order with his savings and paid for it. Only received a confirmation of order on March 16. Two emails were sent asking when we can expect the order. To date still no message back. My son is very sad.

Received the cubes today, 22-04-2022. Son completely happy. Tip for company 'Communicate with your customers'.

From my experience, this is a genuine company and not a scam.
I placed my order, for a GAN 356M on the 11th March. It was despatched on the 15th March & arrived on the 1st April. Yes it took a couple of weeks to arrive & yes it is shipped from China. I was provided with a tracking number, and was able to track it’s progress. My order arrived in perfect condition & £15 cheaper than from Amazon.
I would order from here again.

You order an item which is on stock and more than 2 weeks after that it's still in stock but you have no updates on your order.
You contact them by email or their Facebook page and you get no response at all.
Stay away and even if it's the cheapest one, avoid it.
By the way, they use UK domain and post things regarding UK shipping but it's fake. Everything is based in China. Be aware

I have ordered 4 cubes from this store and each cube has arrived well packaged and in working order.

I've read a lot of these reviews and there is a lot of negative comments.

My experience has been great, yes the delivery is a bit slower but the company is based in China.

I have had tracking information sent to me with each confirmation email to say the cube is on its way.

I had to get in touch with their customer service as my last cube was taking a bit longer and they did in fact email me back, And my 10x10 arrived today.

I. Would recommend this store, the cubes are great and they are cheaper which is nice to save a few £££.

As otherwhere noted, this is a Chinese business that ships from mainland China despite the name. My order shipped in about three days and arrived a further week and a half later, was exactly what I paid for (356M GES and bottle of GAN standard lube) and arrived in perfect condition and the only problem with the delivery was after it entered the country and was handed off to the Royal Mail. On top of that, shipping is free and the product prices are great so I'd have no qualms about ordering again as long as I wasn't in a hurry. Can't speak for their after sales service as I've had no need of it. Is that a recommendation? Yh, I think it is.

After I made my order I read the trustpilot reviews and got skeptical, but still continued.

I ordered a GAN 356M on 28th February 2022 and recieved it today, 15 Match 2022 so order took 15 days from purchase to arrive.
I didn't know they were shipping from China, makes sense why prices are cheaper than domestic stores.
The cube came in perfect conditions, no issues, packaging was perfectly intact and overall good experience. They also threw in a free cube stand!
On their site they give you their email if you want your tracking number which I asked for and got the next day which I used to track my order from dispatch to delivery. 10/10 experience, for more expensive cubes I will use this store.

I've ordered from this website twice, the first time was a cheap 5 pound or so cube and my more recent order was around 25 pounds (an mscube and some cube bags). My order came in about 2 weeks (which I thought was very good considering this company is based in China) and it was exactly what I ordered. I was given a tracking number and could see where my parcel was throughout its journey. My order was roughly 10 pounds cheaper than ordering from everywhere else as well so no complaints!

At first, after reading the reviews from this store, I got scared from purchasing from here. But I took the risk. The cube came in perfect condition as well. I think this is a good site to shop from even though it doesn't always give you your cube.

I will not use this poor service again!
Sadly the whole business model is based on hoping you buy something and then when it turns up wrong, damaged ect. They won’t reply to you unless you involve PayPal and then return costs you more than you paid for the “discounted” item so they keep your money and you keep what ever they sent you. YES, my cube arrived as it should in one order(extremely late I must add) but if there are any issues with the order or product, they will not reply to any contact methods. They claim to be uk based but they clearly aren’t. I’ve had 2 terrible experiences including one delivery witch was destroyed in transit, left a review on here and it got “flagged” lol! However they won’t claim responsibility for this review site? I’m sure they read them, like any company, sadly they know what sort of service they provide and just shy away from trustpilot and have the cheek to put a screenshot of one of the rare positive trustpilot review on their website!

Impossible to contact, any issues with the order or delivery they refuse to reply to any contact methods provided. Even posting on their complaints page got ignored… no answer even after a month, anything to do with me requesting a refund for a product that was destroyed in transit? If you need a refund PayPal can only suggest to pay to send it back to speedcubestore in China? And sites like trustpilot taking down genuine reviews warning others of their experience is one of the only things keeping this shady company in business!
