Well managed. Hosts were great and very friendly. I enjoyed it as it was really my first experience. Perhaps a little more atmosphere from the venue would have made it slightly better, but really, no real complaints.

Scam my lying company
Went on an even in Brighton on the 31st of august.
First the location was listed wrong which delayed the start of the event.
When the even my started we realised there was only 4 women (and 7 guys).
The organiser (Regina) brushed it off and stated that we would get a free ticket to the next event as we had fewer then 5 dates.
This however was a lie, after a very rude phone conversation with jade she flat out refused to honour or even check that is what was agreed.
Do not waste your money on this company, absolute scam - the tickets promise twelve dates but that is very unlikely and they won’t cancel it even when clearly there are not even people.

Negative Reviews Explains It All.
Where to start I actually had only 3 women out of a possible 12 take part and not one of them were from my city, I will say that 1 of the 3 was at least from my county lol. Then the day after you go to enter your matches and the names don't even match those that you were speed dating with, then they actually cancelled the event planned for 2 days later the same afternoon, reason given not enough participants so less then 3 I guess. Not to worry though you can choose another event for the cancelled one, the only problem is they don't have another event in your city. As for the first event with 3 women and the matches not actually matching, no refund offfered they said it was in the terms and conditions. So I said you have no mention of 3 women I can meet that many in ASDA so refund me, or I'll do a chargeback with my bank. They still refused so I did a chargeback and my bank refunded me within 2 hours, clearly they also thought that this isn't a business.
You don't need any futher information all you have to do is read all of your negative reviews, plenty of businesses don't work out so you shut the thing down. What you don't do is take peoples money under false pretence, and then actually refuse to refund them very naughty practices.

Avoid! They keep on cancelling events and refuse to pay for the refund. Instead they tell you that you can use the credits for another event. But when you come back months later to book an event with the credit they tell you that you don’t have any left! Disgusting!

Every event is completely disorganised - often resulting in last minute changes or cancellations.
If they cancel the event? Good luck getting a refund.
In 2019 they cancelled 4 events in a row and still refused to refund just offering me another "free entry" - free entry to what?
Oh and tricking users into signing you up for a monthly subscription isn't cool either!
I don't care what the copy+paste response they use on here - there is no way I opted in to pay £25 per month for... well what does that subscription even get you?
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
And, of course, they bury the option to close the account!!

Okay 1) dear speeddater - I have not provided you with details of my account on this page, so how have you linked to my account?
If you have accessed the details of my account in order to publicly disclose them then that is a breach of GDPR. Especially as I had given you notice to close my account - so you should not be storing my details anyway.
However, as you have absolutely gotten the details of what I did with your company in 2019 incorrect, I suspect that you are either lying or have managed to disclose the details of someone else's account.
2) the second half of their response is an utter lie - I absolutely and positively opted out of the subscription, yet somehow was signed up for it anyway.
3) I would like to point out that the only reason I used the "free entry" to another event was because speed dater absolutely refused point blank to refund.
They were very keen to tell me back then that events had gone ahead when they hadn't as well.

Amazing virtul party! Steve is a great host.. attention to detail, and really putting an effort into making sure all participants are included and comfortable. The inclusion of music throughout, and games at the end is a great touch. Well done mate :-) My only suggestion is that it went on far, far too long. 3 hours or so for maybe 15 dates.

I have also tried cancelling my subscription by email however no response. I finally got through on the phone and spoke to a person who assured me now cancelled (let’s see). I asked to be refunded as my emails were ignored and was offered credit instead!!!! Not much use.
Do not sign up unless you want to pay a monthly fee!

BEWARE - SCAM
BEWARE - SCAM! Do not purchase anything from this company (under NSI Holdings). As most other people are saying here, they automatically sign you up to a monthly recurring charge (I certainly would not have done this, as I only wished to attend a one-off event) and I've just noticed that for the past 2 years they've been charging me £19 a month for something I've never used. Very underhand tactics!
Update after the below response from the scammers: I did NOT actively opt in to the subscription service. I had no intention, nor would ever have any, of using the service monthly so why would I have been paying £20 per month for two years for something I never use. The below message is as passive aggressive as the representation who I already spoke to on the phone earlier today, who only offered me a £100 credit to use on their services. Why would I ever want to do that?! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
