Already KYC verified and after cashing out they’re making me re verify and wait 24-72 hours? I’m not understanding the whole process? If they’re taking extra precautions that’s completely fine, but 24-72 hours after promising instant redemptions is crazy. My rating stands until they fix this.

Idk about the negative reviews I just redeemed my 400 with no issues just needed to verify my card and that was it. They will delay every second they can and use every excuse in the book to keep you playing. Their VIP host is extremely unprofessional. The RTP averages about 30%. Speed sweeps is absolutely amazing. I’ve been fortunate enough to cash out a few times and it’s for the most part been almost instantly. If I don’t have luck on the reels they are kind enough to give you a bonus. The only downside I can think of is I wish there daily login bonuses were better.
