I had wrote a previous review for how well I liked this casino and how fast their payouts were, but my latest experience is anything but up and up with them. I've been playing and redeeming for over a year, have redeemed over $9,000 last year with no major issues aside from having to submit and resubmit my payment methods multiple times. But what I am dealing with now is beyond frustrating and an absolute fraud. I've been trying to redeem $500 for over 24 hours, I keep getting the same "our compliance team is reviewing it" from everyone I have spoke to. They advertise Instant Redemption, and most of the time I've gotten them instantly, aside from having to wait 12 hours for one, once. The lack of communication here is ridiculous. I've even emailed support like it says to if your redemption is pending, and they won't respond

I am writing this to warn other players about the ongoing issues at SpeedSweeps. I requested a redemption on January 8, 2026, and it has now been 26 days without a payout. This is a direct violation of their own 10-day processing policy.
​My KYC verification documents were submitted nearly a month ago. Despite regular contact, I am repeatedly told my account is in 'final verification,' which their standards state should only take 24–48 hours. I currently have $350 pending and an additional $500.16 sitting in my balance that I am unable to access.
​While support agents like 'Rose' are responding to my chats, they refuse to provide a ticket number or a definitive date for my payout. I am aware that their parent company, WW FUNCRAFTERS JWA LLC, is based in San Diego, and I am prepared to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Justice if these funds are not released immediately. Do not trust this site if you expect a timely payout.

Update: I have redeemed the $350, but the remaining $500 is still pending. Since my account was already verified for the first payment, there should be no further issues or delays with this transaction. I'm still waiting for an explanation and the final payout.
