Been with the agency on and off for about a year, every time I have contacted Paul for work he usually has work found for me within a week, communication is great.

Working with Spencer Clarke has been made a big positive change for my family commitments, I’ve had great support with Paul Best from the beginning, he has a good understanding and is very patient with me when needed, due to me having a SEN child myself requiring multiple appointments, Spencer Clarke always find me suitable work around this, or cover me if I’m unable to make my long term placement for a day etc. I haven’t really been without work on my available days, it’s been pretty steady for me, anything I haven’t been able to do, I turn down and they happily sort me something better suited!

Working with Paul Best has been brilliant. Getting registered was simple and fast, and I was placed in a long‑term SEN position almost immediately after signing up. I’ve had steady work since November, and Paul has always been supportive and easy to reach. Really positive experience from start to finish.

I have been working for Spencer Clarke for just short of 6 months and honestly can’t recommend them enough. I recently saw a job advertised for an unqualified Teaching Assistant role — a position I’ve been hoping to move into for a long time. Joe penny started off very helpful and then just didn’t get in touch and started completely ignoring emails after basically saying your cv has been passed on to the school you should hear back in a week and can then have a trial if they accept. Completely no idea what’s gone on or why he hasn’t replied but super unprofessional and annoying

Sophie and the team have been really proactive and had great energy to secure me interviews and make progress. I’m now in a brilliant role and am grateful to be working with SCG. The team don’t just want your CV to send out into what often seems like a black hole. They proactively match and make connections.
