We picked SL to sell our property based on Trust Pilot reviews and we weren’t disappointed at all. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, Maria was very friendly and explained everything we didn’t understand in simple terms so we knew exactly what was happening at each stage. We trusted her and her knowledge completely. She was always quick to respond as well and was very easy to contact. I would highly recommend and I would definitely use their services again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emad from Spencer Lockwood Solicitors for re-mortgaging my property, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. From the initial consultation to the final paperwork, every step of the process was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

For me, my solicitor was always able to answer questions for me in an approachable and understandable way.

I always liked the way that she was able to explain what was going on, and what were the next steps, without getting hung up on jargon. It made the process much less stressful, and enabled me to concentrate on other things - I didn't often have to get involved because I knew that my solicitors had it covered.

As the title says, they asked detailed questions of the other side, and were diligent in getting good answers (not always the answer you want, but that's part of being diligent).
