The service is very expensive for what it is. You have to wait a long time to get the debit cards. There are many issues with recharging the amounts. The app is buggy.
And if you try to cancel and write them for weeks on end, they ignore you until your contract renews to then throw it in your face that you are out of luck, because it just renewed last week. Seems fraudulent to me. Our attorney confirmed that their Terms have many loop holes and omissions that can be used to Spendesk's advantage. I do not recommend using them.

Support is beyond pathetic. More than a week to get a reply and another week for other reply.

Meanwhile the business is being affected - Moving this out of the company as soon as we can.

AI Tool works well, quick and efficient for declaring your invoices.

I use to be connected by facial recognition, so when you are asking my code, I don't remember anymore!

Spendesk is simple and straightforward, allows you to focus on your work rather than burocracy to request approvals everytime.

I think Spendesk is really good and the mobile app makes logging expenses a breeze. My only negative is if you need to amend a ticket. In most cases, you have to cancel the expense and re-enter the details.

Very easy to use and well-designed UI and UX

My company has been using Spendesk for a few months. Recently, all cards stopped working hindering the work of a large part of the team that needs to buy various supplies several times a day to keep the business going. I chased daily with customer support. They took several days to identify the issue, initially asking me to top up the account with several £000s first (which I did and it didnt work) and now OVER TEN working days later, no sign of resolution. They are sitting on £15k of our funds and my team is not able to use the cards, having to spend their own money, which is exactly why we contracted Spendesk to avoid. My issue is not being treated with urgency and I at a loss as to what to do next. I want to move away from the platform but feel stuck and unassisted.

The virtual card generation flow is straight forward to use and effective.

Very easy to use, I have used it for three different trips and each time it has been very easy to send my expenses.

We’ve been using Spendesk for a year now, and it has made a huge improvement in our processes, especially in accounting.
It’s very user friendly and makes managing multiple cards quick and effortless. We eliminated many of the manual, time consuming tasks and we can now focus more on getting insights about the business expenses.
Customer support is also very efficient and they are quick to respond when we have any questions.

Spendesk is one the best tool an accountant can have in the market to make his life easier. i don't remember facing bugs or shutdown. i guess it is not a bank so the missing option would be to have the possiblity to refund money via a personnal iban if employees have to reimburse (for payments made by mistake for personal use on the spendesk credit card) otherwise we will have to make some accounting records if the refund payment is done on another bank account. Regarding the bookepping process the internal control process is well done with approval chains.

We also should have a way to modify the invoice vouchers easily. i can add on the "bookeep" side but can't modify for example so if i have to import i have to delete manually the line for the unwilling attachment i have to remove on the excel file.

The support team is also available upon request.

- the amounts are not always correct processed in case of photo etc. suggest warning to users to check
- several payments are still in pending file, while they were paid... what is the reason, it is confusing...

The app on mobile is great. The website however can often show errors and is sometimes glitchy

Sometimes when using SpenDesk it doens't allow you to enter the name of the vendor as it doesn't appear in the pre-populated list. This leads you having to select a name that doesn't match the name of the vendor you have spent money with. This can cause reconciliation/approval issues. If this could be resolve, it would make the application more user friendly.

The system for resolving my complaint was too rigid. I needed a phone call, but was being asked to provide to provide screenshots, which as simple as they might be for other people to produce, are not for me. I did not feel the person I was communicating with understood the barriers I was talking about and kept repeating the same answer.
