Easy to use and very intuitive tool to hand in your company expenses. There is a feature that enables you to create a virtual credit card so that you don't have to pay with your own.

Simple, straightforward steps to get invoices paid, set up virtual cards for payment or get expenses reimbursed. The interface is very clear and easy to use. I've worked with complicated systems like Netsuite in the past, which were a torture. With Spendesk, expenses are not something I dread doing.

Spendesk is great but we should have an amount paiement shipper for smallest company who don’t used all the options because they don’t need all options that we paid.

I've always found Spendesk useful and easy to use. Especially when travelling to other offices internationally, it was easy to keep track of and log expenses with their mobile app. I would definitely recommend!

Really usefull service for all payment related needs for an enterprise.
No need anymore to manage credit card for a purchase or an online subscription.
Approval process fully digitalized.
Usefull also the plastic card with immediate reminder for the scan of the receipt.
Bills automatically attached to every payment ( online or offline), avoiding the accounting department to waste time collecting and managing them.

I use Spendesk at work for business expenses and I love how fast and hassle-free I can make payments, especially using the Chrome extension and copying the card details in seconds. :)

The product saved me a lot of time and pain by removing corporate cards and all the pains associated with it (reconciliation, receipts collection, fraud, .....).
I've been able to let my teammates be in charge of their budget, and reduce expenses (and then all the painfull processes associated like individual wire transfer, control and manual approval).
