Spetz took about more than £100 from our company account. When we got in touch, we contested the money and and asked for a refund because it wasn’t what we signed up for. We told them it was a £1 fee that we signed up for and according to them, they couldn’t give us all the details because we signed up in the weekend! Whose fault is that? They refused to give us our money back and we informed their team to remove us from their system several times and we thought that had been done as we have no intention working with a scam company. Angel Estoque from the operations team declined our refund request and today we wake up from a direct debit of another £34.20 after telling them we no longer want their services and not engaging with them. Avoid this company at all cost.

Spetz - making finding your tradesperson simple
Spetz was easy to use. I posted the job I needed done and within half an hour I had been called by a tradesman.
Ray from PPS arrived on time, he was very polite and professional and did a wonderful job.
Spetz made finding the tradesperson I needed hassle free.
Angel, in customer service, was very friendly when she called to find out if all had gone smoothly with the job.
All round a very good app to use and I would happily recommend them.
