They didn’t show up for the appointment — TWICE
Unprofessional and disorganized. My partner booked us an appointment a week in advance. The time came, and the cleaners didn’t show up. We had to call the service center in Stockholm to figure out where they are. They cancelled without any explanation and said they will come at the same time on the next day. They messaged the next morning asking to change the time, but we couldn’t change it. Then they confirmed we can keep the original time. So I was waiting at the apartment and they never showed up, and again they didn’t send any notice. Again, I had to call the customer service center and they don’t know where the cleaning crew is. They said they would call me back to send someone within an hour, but I never heard back from them again. Very disorganized and unprofessional company.

Overall this was a positive experience
Overall this was a positive experience. The cleaner did an excellent and thorough job, within the time allocated. There was an admin communication mix up about bringing cleaning supplies, but she worked well with what we had, and brought her own cleaning cloths and gloves.
In terms of the booking process, this was smooth and easy, but as feedback I would recommend that Spic and Span SMS or email clients ahead of time, with the specific name of the person who will be coming to clean, for added information and security.
