I ordered a moving out cleaning for my apartment in Stockholm. I needed the service ASAP. I could not find any decent service for a long time since I did't speak Swedish. I wish I came across SPIC AND SPAN. earlier when I needed regular cleanings for my apartment :)

I found their website a week ago when I was moving out of the city. I booked the moving out cleaning service and scheduled it 2 days in advance. The team was 15 minutes late as they could not find a parking space. At least, this is what they told me... I was getting a bit nervous because I needed to go back to my work as I just came in to open the door for them. Fortunately, it was the only mishap I could complain about :) I am super punctual person that is why being on time is so important to me.

The team of 2 cleaners managed to deep clean my 120 SQ.M. apartment in 5 hours. They did an outstanding job!!! They both spoke English which was very helpful in communicating with them at the beginning when I needed to explain all my expectations. Apart from the deep cleaning of the entire flat, they scrubbed my oven, cleaned all windows, sanitised the fridge and oven, and removed white wash in my bathroom which I have been personally trying to do for the last 5 months but without any success.

This is a great team and a great company. Thank you so much guys for making my move-out easier and less stressful. I will be always more than happy to recommend you to my friends in Sweden and Germany! :)

I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars as whilst I am not happy with the cleaning service, I was offered 50% of refund for my cleaning and damage caused to my apartment.

Great quality and a super fast service. I have been using them in Berlin and Stockholm. The quality is pretty similar in both locations. You just need to request an English speaking person so the customer support makes sure to assign a cleaner who speaks English. I recommend.
