Sadly won’t shop with them again

Sadly won’t shop with them again- poor after care service following a delayed delivery and food arriving rotten/inedible. No offer to refund payment which was poor customer service. Will return to other vendors in London

They didn't disappoint with next day delivery and everything was fresh. I will definitely be ordering more from them

I made a complaint and I didn't get…

I made a complaint and I didn't get feedback. The vegetables l got wasn't fresh as advertised, it was rotten and stick. However other things where great.

They missed an item from what I ordered…

They missed an item from what I ordered with no explanation whatsoever informing me about this. Emailed and sent messages twice still not heard anything from them.

Dissatisfied customer

I received meats that were foul smelling with some already turning dark. I called immediately to notify the team and they sounded very reassuring but when I emailed the details and pictures over, they basically said they couldn’t see what was wrong and because they can’t smell it, there’s nothing more to be done. I lost out on money with no products to show for it.
I would not recommend!!!

Service Quality

I am happy from the service received from Spicee UPP. I will aim just to request if everyone can choose the time when they can receive the delivery. People are busy and sometimes certains hours does not allow to some customers to be at home. But in term of service quality I am not complaining.

Well organised

Well organised, speedy and good customer service.

Good qaulity items, and always well packaged.

However, the amount and size of food stuff are getting notably smaller... ensuring that they are slowly becoming quite expensive.

Fresh Produce, Everytime

Fresh Produce, Everytime.

I have ordered a few times from spiceeupp and everytime the food items arrive in better condition than most of the local shops I have around me. Delivery is also usually very timely which is great.
